MGU CAP Admission Application Form 2020

The MGU CAP Admission Application Form has been available on the official website of Mahatma Gandhi University on 28th July 2020 and those applicants are wishing to get admission in undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the field of arts, science, and commerce colleges affiliated to the university, they can fill the application form through following simple steps mentioned below.

  • Candidates need to go on the official webpage of Mahatma Gandhi University and they have to register themselves through using the required details.
  • The login id and password will be provided to the candidates to fill the application form by submitting the required details such as personal details, academic eligibility, and the options correctly.
  • After filling all the required details, applicants have to submit it and also take the print out of it for further use.

MGU CAP Admission Eligibility Criteria

The applicants must have to check their eligibility criteria before filling the application form and the eligibility criteria are

  • Candidates should be qualified in examinations of other Boards/Institutes/Governments, except CBSE/CISCEequivalent to the qualifying examinations of MG University.
  • Candidates will not get admission to the degree program unless they possess the qualifications and minimum requirements.

MGU CAP Admission Rank List 2020

The Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala will release the seat allotment & maximum and minimum index mark. Applicants will get rank list link on the official website to check their name mentioned in the seat allotment list.

Through using the application number and password, applicants can get their allotment status. They also have to check the counseling schedule along with the seat allotment lists.

MGU CAP Allotment Procedure 2020

Those applicants are allotted; they should have to report at the college on the provided schedule with the requisite fee. Candidates have to download the allotment memo only after remitting the fee due to University through the Online Payment Gateway available on the website. Candidates failed in this process will be called Not Joined and further claim.

Applicants should have to carry these required documents for counseling procedure

  • Certificate to prove date of birth
  • Migration Certificate, if applicable.
  • The Allotment Memo received online
  • Mark lists of all parts of the Plus Two / equivalent examination.
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.
  • Community Certificate along with the relevant certificate from the revenue authorities concerned to the effect that they come under the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category of forwarding communities in the case of candidates who wish to avail of reservation under EBFC
  • Community Certificate along with non-creamy layer certificate(as per Government rules) from the revenue authorities concerned in the case of SEBC candidates who claim reservation under SEBC category. The non-creamy layer certificate should not have been issued earlier than 12 months prior to the submission of the application.
  • Caste certificate in case of SC/ST candidates. Any other documents required to be produced by the Head of Institution
  • Eligibility Certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University, in the case of candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from other Boards/Institutes/governments, except Board of Higher Secondary Education Kerala, VHSE Kerala, THSE Kerala, CBSE and CISCE (Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations.
