MGU Admission 2024 Application Form has been Released on 23rd March 2024. Mahatma Gandhi University is centrally located within the Meghalaya at Ri-Bhoi. The University was set up in 2010.

Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU, Meghalaya offers you the B.A. LL.B, LLB, B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A., BMLT, BPP, B.Com., BRIT and BPT courses on the U.G. level. University provides the LLM, PGDCA, M.Sc, MCA, MBA, MHM, M.A., M.Com., MRIT and MMLT courses at the P.G. level.

The University is also offering the Diploma course in 14 specializations. In addition to the U.G., P.G., and Diploma courses plus it offers M.Phil. and PhD programs at the doctoral level.

MGU Admission 2024 Application Form has been Released on 23rd March 2024. Candidates can be applied to all the courses at MGU online or offline.

Online Process

Detailed below are the steps to apply online:

• Visit the official website of the University.
• Please click on the “Admissions” button.
• Click on the “Apply Now” button.
• Please click on the “New Admissions” button.
• Click on the appropriate category and then continue to fill out the form.
• An application fee is INR 1000/- and may be paid online through credit card/debit card / net banking.
• Application submission form.

Offline Process

Candidates may apply offline by downloading the Application Form and submitting the filled-out application form to the University. In detail below are the steps to apply offline:

• Open the official website of the University.
• Hover your mouse over the “Admissions” button and click the “Download Admission Form” button.
• Download the application form by clicking the corresponding button.
• Fill out the application form with accuracy by hand.
• An application fee is INR 1000 and can be paid through a Demand Draft, drawn in favour of “Mahatma Gandhi University”, payable at Meghalaya or through cash deposit to the Mahatma Gandhi University campus or any PNB / Axis Bank Branch.
• Send the completed-out application form alongside D.D. (when applicable) to the following address – Mahatma Gandhi University, 13th Mile, G.S. Road, Khanapara Under District Ri-Bhoi, Meghalaya – 793101.

MGU 2024 Result

Mahatma Gandhi University, also recognized as the Bhagalpur University put out results for all the courses in the online method. In addition to Results, contenders may also check the latest designates about the academic calendar, examination calendar, and much more on this page.

The pdf files of the University 2024 merit list will also exist to download on this page after its issue. The University merit list would indicate the rank, exam roll number, name and the course chosen by an entrant.

On that basis, an applicant is then asked to show up for the counselling round and get all the brochures that have been verified.

MGU 2024 Admission Procedure

Admission to the U.G., P.G., Diploma, and doctoral courses at MGU will be conducted based on scores obtained in the MGU-GET and based on performance in a personal interview.

Candidates can be applied to all the courses at Mahatma Gandhi University either online, through the official website of the University or offline.

Scholarships

University offers the Mahatma Gandhi Scholarship under Category 1 and Category 2. Preference is given to candidates whose household income is less than INR 2,50,000/- per annum. No caste-based preference will be given. Candidates studying for graduation, post-graduation & Diploma can apply for scholarships.
