NEET PG 2023 Online Counseling Registration will be Started in May 2023. The score Card has been available on 25th March 2023. The result has been Declared on 14th March 2023. The Examination was held on 5th March 2023. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-PG) for Postgraduates is conducted by the National Board of Examination (NBE). This exam is conducted for the willing candidates every year.

NEET PG 2023 Application Form 

The application form is to be filled out by every candidate because it is mandatory. It is the first thing a candidate needs to do to be eligible to take the exam. The NEED PG 2023 application form will be released online on the official website. 

All the candidates can visit the website and fill out the application form in a few easy steps. If any candidate does not fill out the application form they will not be allowed to give the exam. All the other details about NEET PG 2023 are given below. 

  • One candidate is allowed to fill out only one application form only. 
  • All the applicants will have to upload the documents online along with photographs and other required information. 
  • Every instruction mentioned on the application is necessary. 
  • The NEET PG 2023 application forms will be released on the official website.
  • The start date to submit the application form for NEET PG 2023  has been from 7th January 2023.
  • The last date to submit the application form for NEET PG 2023 till from 27th January 2023.
  • To avoid cancellation candidates should not make any mistakes in the form. 
  • All the information like your name, date of birth, etc is very important and should be filled in carefully.
  • Note down the registration number, user ID, and password Because this information will be needed to login into the website. 
  • After you have filled out the application form you should take a printout of it.

Step 3: Fill out all the details in the application form like personal details, qualification details, test center detail, and more. 

Step 4: Upload the documents photograph and signature with the specified instructions given in the application form.

Step 6: Download the application form in PDF format. 

NEET PG 2023 Application Fee

The application fee is the second thing the candidates must do. The Application fee is compulsory for every candidate. It is set by the exam conducting authorities. If a candidate fails to pay the application they will not be allowed to give the exam.

The application fee for NEET PG 2023 will be paid online mode. You can pay the fee from various gateways like a credit card, debit card, and net banking as well. The fee once submitted cannot be refunded for any candidate. The NEET PG 2023 application fee is given below.

NEET PG 2023 Application Form Correction

The application for NEET PG 2023 will be released online on the website. If any candidate needs to edit their application form they can do so through the correction window. While making changes, recheck everything twice before you submit it. All the details about this will be released online on the official website as well. 

NEET PG 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria refer to the exam qualifications. All the candidates who wish to appear in the exam have to follow this criterion. It is set by the exam conducting cell for all the appearing applicants. 

If any applicant is found not to fit the eligibility criteria, then they will not be allowed to give the exam. It is advised that all the applicants read this criterion before filling out the application form. The NEET PG 2023 eligibility criteria are given below. 

General Eligibility

Age Limit 

  • There is no age limit for the applicant for this exam. 

Qualification 

  • A candidate must have an MBBS degree or provisional MBBS pass certificate from an institute recognized by the Medical Council of India. 

Attempts

  • There is no limit by NBE for this examination. Applicants can appear as many times as they wait for this exam for their course.

Internship 

  • Every candidate will have to complete a rotator internship of 1 year on or before 31 May 2023. If a candidate has not done the internship they will not be eligible for the exam.

Registration Certificate

  • All the appearing candidates must possess a valid registration certificate issued by the Medical Council of India, NMC or any state medical council. 

Foreign Medical Graduates 

  • Nationality: Indian Citizen or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI).
  • Internship: All foreign medical graduates must complete their internship on or before May 31, 2023, to be eligible for this exam. 
  • FMGE Pass Certificate: Candidates who have completed their primary medical qualification from outside India but wish to appear for NEET PG 2023 will have to first qualify for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE).

Registration Certificate: All foreign medical graduates must register with the MCI/ SMC after obtaining the FMGE Pass Certificate. Such candidates will have to submit a copy of the Registration Certificate to confirm their eligibility for the exam authorities. 

NEET 2023 Exam Pattern 

The exam Pattern of any exam is important. All the information related to the exam is mentioned in the exam pattern. Exam mode, duration, marking scheme, and all the other information are in the exam pattern. NEET 2023 exam pattern is mentioned below 

  • Exam mode: this exam will be conducted in a computer-based mode.
  • Duration of the exam: the exam duration will be 3 hours and 30 minutes. 
  • Medium: this exam will be conducted in one language – English.
  • Several questions: there will be 200 questions asked in the exam. 
  • Types of questions: multiple choice questions will be asked in the exam.
  • Marking Scheme: 4 marks will be allotted for every right answer.
  • Negative Scheme: -1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

Applicants can use their login credentials to download the admit card from the website. No candidate will get an admit card in offline mode. And no admission will be provided to those candidates who will be declared illegible before the exam. 

NEET PG 2023 Result

The result for NEET PG 2023 will be declared online on the official website. All the applicants can see their results by using their login credentials on the website. There should be no rechecking or revaluation of responses marked by the applicants. 

The result for NEET PG 2023 will be valid for this admission session only. It cannot be used for any sessions ahead. After the results are declared, counseling will begin. 

NEET PG 2023 Cut Off 

Cut-off marks were the minimum marks set by the eczema authorities. And the applicants have to score more than the cut-off marks to qualify for the exam. Cut-off would be released after the result declaration. The cut-off for different courses will be released on the website.

NEET PG 2023 Counselling Procedure

The MCC will be releasing the counseling schedule after the results of the exam are announced. The applicants whose names will be on the merit list will be shortlisted for the counseling session. 

NEET PG 2023 counseling will be done online mode. All the qualified candidates who want to participate in the counseling will have to register online. After the registration, they will have to complete the course and college selection forms as well. The candidates will get admission based on their choices and seats available along with other factors. 

After the seats are allotted the applicants will need to visit the admissions office. And there they will have to show some documents for completion of the admission procedure. The list of documents is provided below.

  • Certificate and class 10th grade sheet (for date of birth)
  • Scorecard or Rank Letter
  • Certificate and class 12th grade sheet
  • Identity Proof (Driving License/ PAN Card/ Aadhar/ Passport)
  • Photocopies of eight passport photos
  • Provisional Allotment Letter of Caste Certificate
  • Disabilities Certificate (if applicable), etc.
