Candidates interested & eligible can fill out the NICMAR 2024 Application form through online mode or offline mode. A candidate who wants to apply has to fill in all the details and submit them before the due dates.

The Application Fee for one Program was Rs.1900/- plus Transaction charges and for more than one program was Rs.2500/- plus transaction charges

The application fee is non-refundable You have two choices of payment (a) Internet Banking and (b) Online Payment through Credit Card/Debit Card

• Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM) – 2 year
• Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure Management(PGP REUIM) – 2 year
• Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGP IFDM) – 2 year
• Post Graduate Programme in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (PGP MFOCB) – 18-Months
• Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (PGP QSCM) – 1 Year
• Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM) – 1 Year

• The applicant should belong to a family having a construction business and should be able to provide the documents.
• Eligibility Criteria for PGP QSCM:
• The applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline.
• The applicants should have achieved at least a minimum of 50%of total marks in their exams
• Eligibility Criteria for PGP HSEM:
• The applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline.

OR

• Should have four years of experience with a Diploma in Engineering from any discipline.
• The applicants should have achieved at least a minimum of 50% of total marks in their exams
