The conducting body National Institute of Science Education & Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar conducts the National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) once a year.

NEST is a National Level Entrance Exam, which offers admission into the Integrated M.Sc. program of five years in the areas of Biological, Mathematical, Chemical, and Physical sciences.

• The NISER Admission 2024 Application form can be obtained online or offline mode.
• Candidates wishing to apply can fill out the online Application Form from February 2024.
• NISER 2024 NEST 2024 Application form can be filled out by last date.
• Candidates will have to fill up the detailed information properly and accurately.
• Upload the latest photograph with signature as described in the web portal in .jpeg or .jpg format (size limit: 100 kb).

Application fees

• The Application form is 1200 (Rupees one thousand two hundred only) for the General category and the red category is Rs. 600/- (Rupees six hundred only).
• Candidates can be made through Internet Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card of any Bank or SBI payment gateway.

NISER Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the following details regarding NISER Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria for admission:

• Nationality: Indian National candidates are eligible to apply.
• Qualification: To apply, candidates must pass the tenth & twelfth class or equivalent exam from any recognized Board/University in India.
• Mandatory Subjects: The applier has to pass with the regular science stream with three subjects (Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics subjects) in the eleventh or twelfth class.
• Minimum Marks: Candidates need to pass by securing a minimum of 60% marks (for reserved category-55% marks) in the 12th examination.
• Age Limit: To apply candidates should be born on or after August year 1999 (reserved category- relaxation of 5 years).

• Candidates are required to go through the information brochure which contains details such as form filling procedure, eligibility criteria, scheduled dates, examination pattern & syllabus, and seat availabilities, etc.
• register in NISER Admission 2024 and fill up details such as full name, Father /Mother’s name, correspondence address & permanent address, Gender, Academic Details, Birth of Date, and valid Email ID, etc.
