Educational Qualification:

• Only those applicants are eligible to apply who have studied in ZP/Government / Local body/government-aided schools only.
• One who is studying in VIII class in any Andhra Pradesh Residential High School, A.P. Social Welfare Residential Schools, A.P. Tribal Welfare Residential High School, Government Ashram High Schools and Kasturba Residential Schools, Model Schools with the residential facility, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya’s, Kendriya Vidyalaya’s in private unaided schools are not eligible to appear for the exam.

The income of parents:

• For the exam, only those applicants are eligible whose parents’ income is not more than Rs 1,50,000 per annum from all sources.

Qualifying marks:

• In class VII, one must have scored more than 55% marks if they belong to the general
• In class, one must have scored a minimum of 50% marks if they belong to the reserved category.

• The entrance exam will be conducted in offline mode in two parts that are MAT – Mental Ability Test and SAT – Scholastic Aptitude Test
