DTE Kerala LETNTSE Kerala 2020 Application Form has been Released On 17th October 2020. In the state of Kerala, the State Council of Educational Research and Training, Kerala (SCERT) will be responsible to conduct an entrance exam known as Kerala NTSE (National Talent Search Examination) 2020.

NTSE Kerela 2020 Exam will be held on 13th December 2020. However the State Council of Educational Research and Training, Kerala will release all the important notification related to the entrance exam on the official website of the university itself for the reference of the applicant.

NTSE Kerala 2020 Application Form

  • NTSE Kerala 2020 Application Form has been Released on 17th October 2020.
  • The Last date to apply online till 16th November 2020.
  • In online mode, only applicants need to register themselves on the official website of the university.
  • After registration applicants need to download the application form and start filling the form.
  • At the time of filing the application form, applicants need to enter all necessary details in the form as needed.

NTSE Kerala 2020 Eligibility Criteria

The important information related to the Eligibility Criteria is mentioned below for the reference of the applicants:

Nationality:

  • Indian citizens are eligible to apply for the admission procedure.

Educational qualification:

  • Applicants who are studying in SSC, in any government-aided/recognized schools/Kendriya Vidyalaya/Sarvodaya Vidyalaya in Kerala, are eligible to apply.
  • However, one must have completed standard 9th from a known school.

Qualifying marks:

  • Minimum 70% marks in the qualifying exam should be scored by the applicants (55% marks in the case of Reserved category applicants).

ODL applicants

  • Applicants who completed studies from an Open Distance Learning (ODL) are also eligible.

NTSE Kerala 2020 Paper Pattern

The important information related to the paper pattern is mentioned below for the reference of the applicants:

  • The entrance exam will be organized in offline mode that is a pen and the paper-based test will be held in the OMR
  • Applicants are instructed to appear the entrance exam with a black or blue ball pen only.
  • At the state level, the entrance exam will be conducted every year.
  • Objective type multiple choice questions will be asked in the entrance exam.
  • In English and Hindi language, the official authorities will manage the entrance exam which consists of two papers (paper I and Paper -II).

PAPER I:

  • The paper I will be conducted to recognize applicants’ mental capability, which means the paper I comprises of Mental Ability Test (MAT).
  • The paper will contain 100 questions for a total of 100 marks.
  • For each correct response in the paper, I will get one mark from the authority.
  • The applicant will get 90 minutes to solve the paper I.
  • No provision of negative markings in the paper.

PAPER-II:

  • Paper-II will be organized to classify applicants’ educational skills in different traditions that means paper II is SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test).
  • Paper-II will cover 100 questions of 100 marks.
  • Wherein authority will provide one mark to the applicant for each correct response and there is no provision of negative markings.
  • 90 minutes that will be provided to the applicants to solve paper II.

NTSE Kerala 2020 Admit Card

To appear for the entrance exam, the applicants must carry the admit card. And admit card will be able to get the admit card from the official website of the university using the application number and password generated at the time of registration.

However, applicants need to download the admit card from the official website of the university. After downloading the admit card applicants need to take a printout of the admit card and keep it safe till the time of admission procedure.

After that applicants need to keep the admit card safe till the time of admission procedure and carry the same at the time of the entrance exam.

NTSE Kerala 2020 Result

Official authorities will be responsible to declare the results of the applicants once the entrance exam is completed. The results will be available to the applicants after a few days of the date of completion of the entrance exam.

Applicants need to visit the official website of the university to see the results of the entrance exam. Applicants need to download the result from the website using the roll number and date of birth.
