The OUAT counseling procedure will conduct through authority by the merit list, and the candidates should have to be present at the counseling center on the mentioned schedule. When candidates score (50%), on the HSC examination (25%), and the 10+2 examination (25%), then they will be able to get admission to undergraduate courses.

Those applicants seeking to get admission in B.Sc. (Forestry), should appear in the Physical Endurance Test and which will conduct before a day of counseling.

At the time of the counseling procedure, the applicants will be allotted seats as per their availability. After the result and merit list announcement, the counseling procedure will be starting to provide admission to the candidates.

OUAT 2023 Selection Procedure 

• It is necessary for applicants to fill out the Online Form-B on the Official website and the applicants can complete this procedure after the declaration of results or merit list.
• At the time of filling out Form-B, applicants must have to upload the necessary documents on or before the last date.
• Candidates need to carry the printout of the filled form-B along with the original and self-attested photocopies of the relevant documents at the time of the selection procedure.
• The admission will provide to the candidates by their academic records and the scored marks in the entrance exam.
• If applicants have not carried the original documents, then their candidature will be canceled by the admission board.

There will be a common merit list and category-wise merit list produced through the authority for undergraduate courses and admission will be provided to the candidates on the basis of the counseling procedure.

The schedule of counseling for the shortlisted candidates will declare in the intimation-cum-rank card and the applicants can download it. If any seats will remain vacant after the conduction of counseling, then the next candidates can fill out the form for spot counseling for vacant seats. When applicants will lock his/her choice of college or stream once, then they will not be allowed to make any changes.
