OUAT is the state-level entrance examination conducted through Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology to offer admission to applicants in various undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in the field of Agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Engineering and Technology, Fishery Science, Home Science & Forestry in the semester system.
This examination is conducted every year to offer admission to the applicants in their aspiring programs. Through this content, students will get detailed information about the OUAT, which includes the OUAT Exam pattern.
OUAT Entrance helps applicants for the UG, PG & Doctoral courses. Only the candidates who successfully qualify for this entrance test will be admitted to the University and its affiliated colleges.
OUAT 2024 Exam Pattern
The Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology will decide the exam pattern for the examination preparation, and the applicants must go with the exam pattern preparation to obtain qualified marks in the examination. The exam pattern includes the exam mode, number of seats, number of questions and type of questions, etc. The exam pattern details have mentioned below.
- OUAT 2024 Entrance exam will be held Offline (Pen and Paper) Mode.
- The questions asked in the UG and PG entrance exams will be of an objective type.
- For admission into PG Programmes, the question paper will contain 200 MCQs.
- English is the medium language of the question paper.
- The duration of the UG and PG admission tests will be 2 hours.
- For admission into UG Programmes, the entrance test will contain questions from the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and Mental Aptitude. For admission into PG programs, the entrance test will contain questions from the subjects studied in the Bachelor’s degree.
