Exam NameOUAT  2021 Application Form will be available in May 2021. OUAT 2021 Application Form can be filled by the candidates by online mode only. OUAT entrance test is conducted by the Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology. The OUAT Exam will take place Admission into Different types Programs UG, PG, Ph.D., and Other Relative Courses.

Candidates can get admission into Agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Agriculture Engineering, etc. after their attempts OUAT Exam 2021.

How to Fill 2021 Application Form

The candidates desirous of applying for the Common Entrance Test for admission into Under Graduate Course under OUAT 2021 have to visit on Official Website and click on the link “Submission of Online Application Form-A For Admission Into OUAT U.G. Courses, 2021”. and apply online before the scheduled date. For details, please refer to Annexure – I.

Upload Images and Documents

At the time of submission of online application, the candidates are advised to fill up the particulars like correct Aadhaar Number (mandatory for submission of application form ­A), e-mail ID, mobile number, category., etc. carefully and also upload his/her recent passport size colour photograph (Height: 200px, width: 150px, file size: 20-50kb), full signature (Height: 100px, width: 150px, file size: 10-20kb) in jpg/jpeg format.

The candidates are advised not to share their login ID and Password with others. The University will not be responsible for misuse of login ID and password by others to tamper the data in Form – A and Form – B.

Pay the Application Fee

The candidate has to pay Rs. 1200.00/- (Rupees one thousand two hundred only) for application fees to the University besides bank charges as specified by the Bank depending upon the mode of payment selected through online payment gateway using Internet Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card of any Bank.

Online submission and Payment in cash can also be made through Common Service Centre (Jana Seva Kendra). Once a candidate successfully pays the fee, he/she will receive a message confirming the acceptance of the application on a mobile phone and also in an e-mail. Fees once paid, cannot be refunded to under any circumstances.

Printing Application Form

After successful payment, the candidate can take a printout of the computer-generated filled Application Form-A with payment details, which the candidate should retain for future reference. Submission of application will be completed after successful payment only.

  • N.B.: The scanned photograph and full signature must be identifiable & visible. Otherwise, the application will not be accepted.
  • No correspondence on this account shall be entertained
  • Candidates awaiting their results of the +2 Science examination are also eligible to apply for appearing at the Common Entrance Examination for admission into the U.G. Courses, anticipating their success in the +2 Science Examination.
  • A candidate is required to submit one application irrespective of the number of U.G. Courses (as mentioned under Sub-Clause 2.1) for which he/she wishes to be considered for admission.

The data obtained from the candidate while applying online using or will be used to generate an Admit Card for Entrance Examination.

Hence the applicants are advised to submit data accurately as required while applying online. Candidates are advised to apply online and pay the application fee before the due date.

The hard copy of the application in any form should not be sent to OUAT.

The University will not be liable to refund the application fees deposited by the candidate. In case of multiple deposits of application fees by the candidate, the excess amount will be refunded on request by the applicant.

Submission of Online Application Form-B is compulsory to admission into Under Graduate Courses under OUAT 2021. For submission of online Application Form-B, the candidates should access the OUAT Website and click on the link “Submission of Online Application Form-B For Admission Into OUAT U.G. Courses, 2021” and entering his/her Entrance Examination Roll Number, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth.

The candidate can also access Form-B by logging in to the website ( using his/her login ID and Password. For details please refer to Annexure-II. The Application Form-B will be opened with partly filled in data from Form-A and the rest part like academic qualification, category, etc in relevant fields will be filled up by the candidates carefully.

The candidate has to upload the relevant scanned copy of the documents as mentioned in the checklist (file size within 200 KB). After successful submission of application Form-B, a confirmation SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number and e-mail. The candidates are advised to take a printout of Application Form-B and should retain it for future action.

NB: The candidates are advised not to send any hard copy of the application and documents to the University.

Check List

The scanned copy of relevant documents and annexure should be upload at the time of submission of online Application Form-B:

  • Mark sheet of 10th standard.
  • Certificate of 10th standard showing date of birth.
  • Mark sheet of +2 Science.
  • Certificate of +2 Science.
  • SC/ST/Green Card / Ph. Handicapped certificate from the competent authority for the respective reserved category (refer to Clause-3.2).
  • Residential certificate (Except for candidate with media as a subject in 10th standard (refer Clause-2.2 of U.G. Prospectus).
  • Aadhaar Card.
  • In the case of NRI Candidates, all the documents as per clause-3 (Annexure-III).
  • Passport of the sponsor.

Visa/Permanent residential certificate of a sponsor.

  • Residential proof of sponsor (electric bill, telephone bill, water bill, etc.)
  • Certificate as proof of OUAT employee from Registrar, OUAT (Annexure-IV).
  • Permanent Residential Certificate for Western Odisha (refer to Clause-3.4 ).

Five copies of said passport size photographs are retained with the candidate for future use at the time of admission.
