PSTU 2024 Eligibility Criteria 

The Candidate has to fulfill all the Eligibility Criteria set-up by the College for the courses. Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria, they have to fill the application form and submit it on the official website. Every year, many candidates get enrolled in this university in different departments at UG & PG levels based on obtained marks in exam and eligibility criteria.

• Candidates must secure 50% in their Higher Secondary Examination in order to apply at the University
• For postgraduate courses, the candidate must secure a minimum of 50% in their Higher Secondary Examination as well as the undergraduate course they have pursued prior to the course they wish to pursue presently
• SC/ST students must secure 45% in their Higher Secondary Examination in order to apply at the University

For BFA:

• Candidates applying for the BFA course should have passed the HSC (10+2) examination in the stream of the subject of interest.

For MA:

• The Candidate must obtain a Bachelor’s (10+2+3) degree or equivalent from a recognized University.
• The Candidate must secure a  minimum of 50% marks in any discipline.

For M.Phil:

• Candidates applying for M.Phil must have already obtained a Master’s Degree in the subject of interest.
• Candidates must secure a minimum of 55% in the Post Graduate course in the subject of interest.

• Interested and eligible candidates can obtain the prospectus cum application form by paying up the amount of Rs. 300/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of “The Registrar, Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University” payable at “Hyderabad” at any nationalized Bank from the Director, Centre for Distance Education, Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University, Public Gardens, Hyderabad- 500 004.
• The application form can also be downloaded from the official website of the University i.e. Telugu university.ac.in or can also be obtained through post by sending a request to the University to send the form on the candidate’s address. Submit the duly filled in form along with DD and other related documents attached at the University address.
• The form should be complete in all respects.
• All original certificates should be produced at the time of admission.

• The candidate must submit the application forms by paying a nominal fee and providing the required details to the college in their respective office.
