PU MET 2024 Application form has been released. The PU M.E.T. 2024 is popularly known as the Punjab University Management Entrance Test, which is organized by the University Institute of Applied Management Sciences (U.I.A.M.S.) to offer admission to candidates in various management programs such as Master of Business Administration Programmes as M.B.A. (Retail Management), M.B.A. (Banking and Insurance Mgt.), M.B.A. (I.T. & Telecommunications Mgt.), M.B.A. (Infrastructure Management), M.B.A. (Pharmaceutical Management), M.B.A. (Hospital Management).

Many applicants may appear in the examination of PU M.E.T. to complete their aspiring management programs from the University Institute of Applied Management Sciences (U.I.A.M.S.).

• PU MET 2024 Application form has been released.
• In the Application Form, candidates have to fill in all the necessary details correctly after reading all the instructions provided by the university.

Application Fee 

• Applicants need to download and print the S.B.I. deposit slip online.
• The slip will be valid for only 24 hours.
• Applicants must pay the Application fee by going to any S.B.I. branch.
• Once the fee is paid, the applicant should wait more than 24 hours and start the Application filling procedure.

PU M.E.T. 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the following details regarding PU M.E.T. 2024 Eligibility Criteria for admission:

• Nationality: Indian National candidates are eligible to apply.
• Qualification: M.B.A. Retail Management or Banking and Insurance Management, candidates will have to pass the Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (any discipline) from any recognized Punjab University/any other University by acquiring a minimum of 50% marks aggregate Or passing the final exam held by (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England/ Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England/Institute of Company Secretaries of India) Or completedAMIE exam with acquiring a minimum of 50% marks or after completing the diploma exam with 60% marks or above pass the Research/Teaching Or Professional Experience with five years. M.B.A. (Information Technology & Telecommunications Management), applicants need to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology, i.e. B.E./B. Tech. any Branch) of Punjab University/any other University Or pass the Bachelor’s degree in any Science subject (Physics or Mathematics) with a minimum of 50% marks recognized by Punjab University Or pass the Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications of Punjab University or any other University with a minimum of 50% marks aggregate Or pass the A.M.I.E. exam with securing a minimum of 50% marks or more after diploma examination with 60% marks or more above research/teaching or professional experience with at least five years M.B.A. (Pharmaceutical Management), Applicants must hold the Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with minimum of 50% marks aggregate or should have the M.B.B.S. from Punjab University/any other University with at least 50% marks in aggregate or have the Bachelor’s Degree in Science subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Or should have passed Diploma in Pharmacy with at least 50% marks in aggregate from any Punjab University Or Diploma in Pharmacy from Punjab University/any other University with acquiring least 50% marks in aggregate.
• Age Limit: there are no age criteria described to apply for admission.

Eligibility criteria for M.B.A. (Pharmaceutical Management)

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. OR

• Must have an MBBS OR
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in any Science subject and a Diploma in Pharmacy.
• All the degrees should be from Punjab University or any university recognized by the syndicate as comparable.
• The score should not exceed 50% of the total for all degrees.

M.B.A. (Hospital Management)

• MBBS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BDS/ B. Pharmacy/ B.Sc (Nursing)/ Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B.P.T.) /B.Voc. (Hospital Management) of Panjab University or a degree of any other University which the syndicate has recognized as equivalent to it with not less than 50%* marks in the aggregate. OR
• B.Sc (Medical)/B.Sc. (Biotechnology)/ B.Sc. (Biochemistry) of Panjab University or any other University recognized by
  Panjab University as equivalent to it with at least 50%* marks in the aggregate.

The weightage for the written Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview for preparing the final merit list for admission will be as follows :

• Written Test – 85%
• Group Discussion– 7.5%
• Personal Interview – 7.5%
