Punjab ITI Admission Schedule 2023

There is the Admission Schedule of Punjab ITI Admission as mentioned below for the candidates and they should have to check it.

Punjab ITI Admission Application Form 2023

Candidates can fill the Application Form through online mode and before filling the Application Form, candidates should have to register themselves by entering details such as valid E-Mail ID, Mobile Number, and their personal & Academic documents. The Application Form filling procedure will be provided below.

• Punjab ITI 2023 Application Form will be released on the 4th week of June 2023.
• The Last Date to Submit Application Form is 3rd week of July 2023.
• Primarily, candidates should have to visit the official website of the Department of Technical Education and Industrial Training, Punjab.
• On the provided schedule, the Application Form will be provided to the candidates.
• To fill the Application Form, candidates should have to keep ready all the educational documents along with the Application Form.
• Candidates should have to fill in all the required details such as name, date of birth, address, father’s name, gender, phone number, email id, academic information, and so on in the Application Form.
• Before submitting the details, candidates have to recheck and confirm all the details provided by them.
• They need to upload the required scanned documents and make the payment of the application fee.

Application Fee

Candidates need to pay a sum of Rs. 100/- as the application fee for ITI admission. The fee can be paid via online mode i.e. through credit card, debit card, and net banking.

Punjab ITI Admission 2023 Eligibility Criteria

All appearing candidates must have to check their Eligibility Criteria before filling the Application Form and the Eligibility Criteria details mentioned below.

Age Criteria

The age of the candidates should not be less than 14 years. However, for the driver cum mechanic trade (light motor vehicle), candidates should have completed the age of 18 years at the time of admission.

• The application should be qualified in 8th/10th class education under the 10+2 education system from a recognized board/institute.
• For engineering trades, candidates must have mathematics and science in the qualifying exam.
• Candidates must belong to Punjab State and should possess a domicile certificate of the State.

Punjab ITI Seat Reservation 2023

Those are the resident of Punjab, there will be 85% seats reserved for them, and the remaining 15% of seats will be available for other candidates.

If candidates are not eligible to get admission in the various ITI’s of Punjab, they no need to fill the Application Form because after submitting the Application Form, the application fee will not be refunded.

Punjab ITI Merit List 2023

Candidates will be shortlisted in the Merit List as per their marks obtained in the previous qualifying examination and the Merit List will be prepared through the Department of Technical Education and Industrial Training, Punjab.

On the provided schedule through authority, the Merit List will prepare and the Merit List students will go for the Counselling procedure.

Punjab ITI Counseling 2023

Those candidates are selected in the Merit List, they will be called out for the Counselling procedure and they should have to register themselves for Counseling by visiting the official website.

At the Counselling center, candidates should have to be present in the provided schedule and they also have to carry the required documents for verification.

After verification of the documents, candidates can fill their choices and the seat will be allotted to the candidates based on their rank, choice filling, and availability of seats. If candidates are not allotted seats, they can participate in the next Counselling by filling in the choices again.

Punjab ITI Seat Allotment 2023

The seat will be allotted to the candidates based on marks obtained in the qualifying exam and after seat allotment, candidates should have to take the printout of the provisional allotment letter and report the nearest DI/PI for confirming admission.

To complete the admission formalities, candidates have to submit the required original documents and pay an admission fee.

• 12th class mark sheet (if one has passed XII Examination and seek additional grace for merit)
