RPET 2024 Application Form will be Available Soon. RPET stands for Rajasthan Pre-Engineering Test. This is conducted especially for UG applicants who are interested in engineering courses in the Rajasthan state. This entrance exam is considered as a State level exam and Rajasthan Technical University will conduct RPET for admissions to B.Tech./ B.Arch.

The admissions will be granted in Government Aided and Private unaided technical institutions of Rajasthan affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University, M.B.M. Engineering College, Jodhpur, and CTAE, Udaipur.

RPET 2024 Important Dates

The applicants should be aware of the Important events and the dates for the university and the course they have applied for. Please find the information in the below table:

RPET 2024 Application Form

The RPET 2024 Application Form is available soon the official website of the Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan. The submission of the Application Form will be made in the last week of March. Those aspirants are wishing to get admission; can fill the Application Form through online mode.

All of the important instructions should be read by candidates before filling the Application Form. Candidates have to check their eligibility criteria before filling the Application Form.

• The RPET 2024 Application Form will be available soon from the official website for the applicants.
• RPET 2024 online application form for BE/B. Tech Course will be available from July 2024 to September 2024 .
• The applicants can check the eligibility criteria and then apply for the entrance exam.
• The applicants must fill the form with all the detailed information as asked.
• The applicants also must attach/ upload the documents as requested.
• The applicants also must pay the application fee and then submit the application form.

Application Fee

The important information related to the application fee is listed below for the reference of the applicants:

• Before submitting the duly filled application form applicants need to pay the application fee.
• The application fee can be paid in online mode through the payment gateway method.
• Applicants are requested to pay Rs 700/- as an application fee for the exam.

RPET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The important part of any course is the eligibility criteria and applicants always check on the same. Here we have just kept it simple for the applicants and listed it down in the form of points.

The important information related to the eligibility criteria is listed below for the reference of the applicants:

• Domicile: Applicants who reside in Rajasthan and have a valid domicile certificate of the Rajasthan state are only eligible.
• Age criteria: Applicants who are above the age of 17 years and below the age of 22 years are eligible to apply for the exam.
• Educational qualifications: HSC exams should be completed by the applicants.
• Subject: Physics, chemistry along any one of mathematics or biology should be compulsory subjects in the qualifying exam.
• Qualifying marks: 45% Marks or above should be secured in the qualifying exam.
  Reserved category applicants should secure at least 40% Marks in the qualifying exam

RPET 2024 Exam Pattern

The important bullet points related to the entrance exam paper pattern is listed below for the applicants:

• The entrance test will be conducted in offline mode only for applicants.
• The entrance exam will be conducted only in one subject and that is English only.
• The applicants will get 3 hours to write the entrance exam.
• The entrance exam will have only MCQ-type questions in the paper.
• The applicants will have to solve a total of 120 questions for this entrance exam.
• Each correct answer will get 1 mark which means that the complete paper will be for 120 marks.
• There will be no negative marking done for this entrance exam.
• The entrance exam will be based on three subjects and each section will have 40 questions.

RPET 2024 Admit Card

The tentative date for the admit card release is in April. The Admit Card will be released on the official website.

The applicants must download the admit card and print it from the website. At the same time, the applicants will also receive the admit card through email from the university.

The applicants must take the printed admit card along with another government id proof while going for the entrance exam.

RPET 2024 Result

The RPET 2024 Merit List (B.E./B.Tech) will be released in September 2024 . The applicants must use the credentials to enter the website and download the Result.

The applicants will be able to check their scores related to the entrance exam. The university will also prepare a common merit list with the names of the applicants selected for the counseling.

The applicants must print the Result as it will be required at the time of admission and counseling.

RPET 2024 Counseling

Once the results are declared and the merit list is published the Counseling process starts. The applicants must get all the original documents with the attested copies while coming to the counseling center.

The originals will be returned to the applicants after the verification process. The applicants must pay the counseling fee to book the seat for the counseling.

The important information related to the counseling process is listed below for the reference of the applicants:

• Applicants are instructed to check their names on the Merit list.
• If their names are mentioned in the Merit list then the applicants need to appear for the counseling
• The counseling session will completely depend on the Merit list.
• Applicants who are appearing for counseling sessions are requested to carry some important documents along with them at the time of counseling.
• The documents are required for the verification
• Applicants are instructed to carry all original and attested copies of the documents.
• Applicants need to pay the counseling fee at the time of the counseling session to reserve their seats in the university.
