TS Ed CET is completely known as Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test. The TS Ed CET is the state-level entrance examination, which is conducted every year and many of the candidates appear in this examination based on their eligibility criteria.

TS EdCET Application Form 2023

The TS EdCET Application Form has been available from 6th March 2023 till 6th May 2023 and those applicants who are interested and eligible can fill out the application form for TS Ed CET online mode by visiting the official website.

• TS EdCET 2023 Application Correction has been started on 7th May 2023.
• Those candidates are wishing to get admission to B.Ed (Two years) Regular Course in the Colleges of Education in Telangana, can fill out the application form by following the procedure mentioned below.
• Primarily, candidates need to go on the official web page of the Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test.
• The applicants have to register themselves by using a valid email id and by entering an easy-to-remember password.
• The online Application Form will display to the candidates and they should have to fill in all the correct and complete details in the application form.
• Candidates should have to upload their scanned documents such as photographs and signatures.
• They have to select the convenient option of fee payment and proceed.
• The application form will be available to the candidates for download and they can download and take a printout of it.

Application Fee

The TS Ed CET Application Fee for the exam is categorized into two categories. The fee for the general/OBC category is INR 650 and for SC/ST category is INR 450 respectively. The online payment of the application fee can be processed using two ways at the candidate’s convenience:

TS EdCET 2023 Exam Pattern

Candidates will know the complete structure of the question paper with the help of an exam pattern.

Those candidates who have applied for this examination; must have to prefer the exam pattern for better preparation of the examination.

• Mode of Examination: The Examination will be conducted through Online Mode (CBT)
• Duration of the Exam: The Question Paper will be of 2 hours (120 minutes).
• Number of Questions: The Question Paper will be Off 150 questions.
• Types of Questions: The questions will be asked in the multiple-choice format (MCQs).
• Marking Scheme: +1 one mark will be allotted for each correct question.
• Total Marks: The question paper will be 150 Marks.
• Sections: There will be a total of 3 sections.
  • Part A: General English: There will be 25 questions based on General English for 25 marks.
  • Part B: Teaching Aptitude: There will be 10 questions on Teaching Aptitude for 10 marks.
  • Part C: Methodology:  Applicants need to select any one subject from the following. There will be 100 questions based on the selected subject for 100 marks. The subjects are mentioned below.

TS EdCET 2023 Preparation Tips

Applicants should have to follow the preparation tips mentioned below for better preparation for the examination.

• Prefer all the subjects prescribed through authority for preparation.
• Solve the previous year’s question paper to understand the structure of the question paper.
• Make a schedule of study all the subjects properly by dividing time for harder points and easier points.

Exam Centers

The TS Ed.CET-2023 examination will be held on the 4th week of May 2023 at the following Regional Online Test Centers in Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh.

TS EdCET Admit Card 2023

On the official website of the Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test, the admit card has been issue to the candidates on 13th May 2023.

Applicants can download and can take a printout of the admitting card if they have successfully submitted their application form. Candidates should have to carry the required documents with an admit card at the examination center.

TS EdCET Result 2023 

The TS EdCET Result will be declared on the official website on the 4th week of September 2023 and those candidates who have given the examination can check their results online mode by visiting the official website.

TS EdCET Counseling 2023

The counseling procedure will be conducted through the Telangana State Council of Higher Education and those applicants are shortlisted in the merit list, they will be called out for the counseling session.

The counseling schedule will be available on the official website and applicants should have to register themselves for counseling.
