TS PGLCET 2024: Counselling (Started), Dates, Rank Card, Admission Procedure

TS PGLCET 2024 Phase-1 Provisional Allotment has been Released on 30th September 2024. Phase 1 Web Option has been Started on 26th September 2024. Counselling Registration Last Date has been Extended till 24th September 2024. Result/Rank Card has been Released on 13th June 2024. Preliminary Answer Key has been available on 6th June 2024. The Examination was held on 3rd June 2024. TS PGLCET This exam is conducted by Osmania University, Warangal, on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), Hyderabad. By the TS PGLCET exam, candidates can enter LLM programs at Universities in Telangana.

Further, candidates have to score good marks. Based on that mark, candidates will be given admission to LLM programs offered as “full-time regular courses in the University Colleges, constituent/PG Colleges of the University and Private Law Colleges affiliated to the Universities.”

TS PGLCET Application Form 2024

• The TS PGLCET 2024 Application Form has been available on 1st March 2024.
• The TS PGLCET 2024 Application Form can be filled till 4th May 2024 without a Late Fee.
• With the late fee, the TS PGLCET 2024 Application Form can be filled out by 25 May 2024.
• Candidates must fill out and apply before the due date if candidates file after the due date, it will not be accepted.
• The application form for TS PGLCET 2024 will be available on the online mode official website of the exam.
• Candidates must fill in their personal, educational, and contact details in the TS PGLCET 2024 Application Form.
• Candidates must pay the TS PGLCET 2024 Application Form, which can be paid through TS/AP Online/ mee Seva/ e. Seva, Debit/ Credit Card for Payment Gateway of Visa/ Master/ Maestro.

Application Fee:

All candidates have to pay the registration fee to apply for TS PGLCET.

• The application fee for TS PGLCET is Rs. 350/-
• Candidates in the SC/ST category must pay Rs/. 250/- for application.
• It can be paid online by using a credit Card/Debit Card).
• It can also be paid through TS/AP online centres/Mee Seva Centres/e-Seva centres in AP and Telangana.

TS PGLCET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates have to check the TS PGLCET eligibility criteria provided.
• To apply for the exam, candidates should pass the LLB 3-year or 5-year degree as on the date they are using for the TS LAWCET exam.
• Candidates who appeared for or are appearing for their LLB Final year exam are eligible to apply.
• Candidates seeking admission into LLM (Private Appearance) of Osmania University, Hyderabad has a minimum experience of 3 years as a judicial officer or 3 years standing as an advocate on the date of appearing can also apply.

TS PGLCET 2024 eligibility criteria state that aspirants need to fulfil the requirements below to secure admission in LLM courses offered in law colleges in Telangana.

• Candidates meet TS PGLCET eligibility criteria if they possess an LLB/BL 3-year or 5-year degree as of the date when they are applying for the TS LAWCET exam. Apart from this, aspirants are also eligible to apply for the law entrance exam if they have appeared for or are appearing for their LLB/BL Final year exam.
• The official website of TS PGLCET 2024 informs, “Candidates seeking admission into LLM (Private Appearance) of Osmania University, Hyderabad shall have a minimum experience of 3 years as a judicial officer or 3 years standing as an advocate on the date of appearing for TS PGLCET-2024”.

Another criterion that candidates need to fulfil to meet TS PGLCET eligibility criteria is that they should be an Indian National and should satisfy Local/Unreserved status requirements as mentioned in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974 and the amendments that have been made in it from time to time.

TS PGLCET 2024 Exam Pattern

• All candidates should check the TS PGLCET exam pattern.
• In the exam, paper candidates will have to attempt 120 questions.
• Complete the paper in 90 minutes because no extra time will be provided to any candidate.
• In the law entrance test for LLM course admissions, candidates must tick a correct answer on an OMR (Optical Mark Reader) answer sheet with a Ball ballpoint pen.
• Candidates appearing for questions in TS PGLCET are informed that the test paper will appear only in English.

How to Prepare for the Exam

Get some helpful preparation tips for scoring well in the entrance examination:

• Make a proper study timetable.
• Exam pattern plays a significant role in exam preparation. Understand the syllabus and exam pattern.
• Candidates can also go through the past year’s question papers to learn about the difficulty level of the exam.
• Practice mock tests to know your weak areas.

TS PGLCET 2024 Admit Card has been available on 29th May 2024. Candidates are informed. No hall ticket will be posted to any category. Candidates appearing for the exam must download the TS PGLCET Hall Ticket from the official website one week before the law entrance exam. Keep it safe until the completion of an exam.

TS PGLCET 2024 Result

Candidates who have appeared in the exam can download the TS PGLCET Result on the official website of the review by entering their hall ticket number, password, etc.

After the announcement of the results, a merit list will be prepared according to marks secured by aspirants in the exam.

TS PGLCET 2024 Counselling

After the announced results, the dates of counselling, as part of the counselling process for the TS PGLCET Exam, the eligibility criteria, and the TS PGLCET rank of the candidate will be verified.
