UID Aptitude Test 2023 Online/Offline Registration has been Started for UG/PG Courses. UID stands for the United world Institute of Design. UID test is done by the united world Institute of Design. Applicants are given admission to any design stream/discipline offered by the colleges.

This institute offers Bachelor of Design & Masters of design courses for the applicants but to get admission in these courses applicants to have to clear the aptitude test conducted by the institute.

UID 2020 Application form is made available by the authority online on the official website of the United world Institute of Design.

Candidates applying are advised to download the UID Design Aptitude Test application form from the official website of the United world Institute of Design.

• The UID Aptitude Test 2023 Registration has been Started.
• The Application Form has been available from the official website for the applicants.
• The applicants can fill the form online and if they decide to send it by post they can download the form and print it.
• The form that will be sent by post has to be handwritten with a blue or a black ball pen and only in capital letters.
• No matter how the application is submitted applicants have to submit all the required supporting documents with it.
• If online they have to upload it and if by post then they have to attach all the documents in the envelope with the form before sending it.
• No matter if the applicant is a UG or PG their have to attach the relevant documents.

The application fee also can be paid in both the ways such as online through net banking or through Debit/credit card and offline in the form of DD and again the DD should also go in the envelope with all other documents and the form.

The evaluation criterion of UID's admission process for B. Des. and M. Des. Programmes is of two tiers –

Tier 2: Situation Test and Portfolio Evaluation (ST-PE)

UID-DAT is conducted at various test centres in approx. 24 cities across India. Based on UID-DAT result (Tier 1) the shortlisted candidates for B.Des. and M.Des. are called for Situation Test and Portfolio Evaluation (Tier 2) to Ahmedabad campus.

UID Aptitude Test 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the UG courses are as per below:

• Applicants who are interested in getting admission for the UG designing course should clear the aptitude test.
• The applicant should be an HSC pass from a known university or a known board.
• The applicant should have achieved a minimum of 50% in total in the SSC & HSC examination.
• The applicant should clear the aptitude test and their name should be listed in the Merit list
• The applicant should not be more than 20 years of age.

The eligibility criteria for the PG courses are as per below:

• The applicant should have completed the graduation (10+2+3) from any stream and any known university.
• The applicant should have achieved a minimum of 50% in total in the graduation.
• The applicant should clear the aptitude test and their name should be listed in the Merit List.
• Applicants interested in PG courses need to present a creative portfolio and work to demonstrate their designing skills.
• This should be presented at the time of the interview.

UID Aptitude Test 2023 Exam Pattern

The question paper for the UG courses will be divided into two parts

Exam Mode - Offline

UID Aptitude Test 2023 Syllabus

General IQ Test includes all the below-listed topics:

Critical Analysis Test includes all the below-listed topics:

2. Ability to analyze logical arguments

The Creative Ability Test involves the ability and examines your skills on basically conceptualizing an idea on paper etc. in areas such as sketching, illustration, models, etc.

The Creative Situation Test involves and tests your ability to visualize situations given to you and put it on paper using methods described in the test.

UID Aptitude Test 2023 Admit Card 

Information related to the UID 2023 Admit Card is as per below.

The ID Aptitude Test 2023 Admit Card will be Released in Jan 2023. Admit Card will be available from the official website.

Applicants have to download the document from there. Applicants should not only download it but also print the Admit Card.

This document should be carried to the exam center. Applicants who fail to carry the Admit Card will not be allowed to write the test.
