• Visit the official site of ‘Utkal University of Culture, Bhubaneswar’.
• Press on ‘Admission’ and then on ‘Online Request for Admission’.
• Fill in all the details properly in the application form.
• Pay a fee of INR 300 for Credit/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
• Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
• Download and then take a printout of the same.

Send in the duly filled application form with all the documents needed to:

Documents Required

• Self-attested copies of mark sheets and the certificates of all exams passed i.e. HSC or its equivalent, Intermediate/+2, BA/ B.Mus./ BPA/ BVA/ BFA and other qualifying examinations.
• Self-attested copy of the Behavior Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
• Caste Certificate (if any)
• Self-attested copy of Registration Receipt (for Utkal University of Culture applicants).
• Copy of the system generated a receipt or deposited challan indicating payment of INR 300 on the path to the application fee.

Utkal University of Culture 2024 Admissions Process

Entrance to the UG courses will be provided based on merit in 10+2. For PG programs, candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in the corresponding discipline from an accredited board with an aggregate of at least 45% marks.

Admission to PG and PGD programs will be made available on the basis of Aptitude Test and Viva Voce. Students who look for admission to M.Phil programs must hold an MPA/ M.Mus/ MVA degree in the concerned subject matter with an aggregate of at least 55% marks.

Admission to the M.Phil course will be provided based on the performance in the entrance test performed by the university and Viva Voce.

For Certificate courses at the UG level, students must have gone through 10+2 or an equivalent from a nationally recognized board. For Certificate courses at the PG level, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline. Admission will be granted on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.
