Uttarakhand Polytechnic (JEEP) 2025 1st Round Counselling Registration will be started in 3rd week of June 2025. Uttarakhand Polytechnic JEEP 2025 Counselling process will be conducted by the Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education Roorkee (UBTER). The qualified candidates will be eligible for the Counselling process; they need to appear in the online counselling mode only.

It will be conducted online; the Uttarakhand Polytechnic Entrance Exam is JEEP (Joint Engineering Entrance Polytechnic). It is the state-level entrance examination conducted to offer admission to various engineering and non-engineering diploma courses in Uttarakhand.

UBTER will organise the counselling in various rounds, depending upon the availability of seats. The candidates will get the allotment of seats after verifying all the required documents. Candidates can fill in the choice of college or courses per their preferences.

Important Dates for Uttarakhand Polytechnic JEEP 2025 Counselling

JEEP 2025 is held for admission in varied courses like Engineering, Pharmacy, etc. The registration procedures are set to commence in 2nd week of July 2025. The counselling date will be available through an exam body for both sessions.

UK Polytechnic (JEEP) 2025 Counselling Eligibility

• Registering on the official website by entering the Login ID / Password to attend the counselling process is compulsory.
• If the candidates fail to produce the original documents during the verification, their admission will be cancelled.
• To benefit from the reservation category, candidates should be in the domicile of Uttarakhand State.

JEEP Counselling Procedure 2025

• Candidates have to register themselves first on the official website.
• To participate in the counselling process, candidates must pay the counselling fee of Rs. 500/- at any SBI branch.
• After the payment of fees, candidates need to fill up a registration form where they will have to fill in the choice of colleges/courses.
• Then candidates must attend the document verification process; for this process, ess candidates must carry the required documents in original for verification.
• The JEEP Counselling will be conducted in various rounds. If seats remain vacant in the participating institutions after the first round of counselling, then the second round will be conducted.
• In the second round of counselling, candidates can alter their college choices. Candidates who have not attended the first round of counselling can participate in the second round.
• The seats will be allotted based on marks obtained by the candidates, choices filled, and availability of seats.
• The candidates can check the counselling resulting blogging in the candidate’s portal.
• The candidates will be able to download the call letter for counselling and have to report to the allotted college for confirmation of seats and admission.
