The students should be present physically at the counselling centre, and it is mandatory for candidates; otherwise, the seat will be allocated to another candidate. The counselling starts in the 1st week of July 2024.

• A candidate has to decide their choice of course before they wish to appear for KOTA OPEN UNIVERSITY counselling, but based on its ranking they will be able to select the course of their choice.

• Original counselling letter along with a photocopy of the counselling letter
• Original Admit card along with a photocopy of the admit card

• All the original and at least 2 photocopies of certificates of 10th & 12th class
• Rank Card / Hall Ticket
• Scorecard (if applicable).
• Original degree/provisional certificate if the candidate is appearing

• 4-6 Passport size photographs in colour and black and white
