VTUEEE Counselling 2024 – Schedule, Selection/ Admission Procedure

VTUEEE 2024 Online Counselling will be started Soon for B.Tech Program and Counselling Letter has been Released. The candidates who are applying directly for admission to the VTU will be called for counseling.

The eligible candidates will get the seat allotment after the counseling process. The venue of counseling is the university campus, Avadi, Chennai.

The university will organize open counseling for qualified candidates in JEE Main 2024 and those unable to attend the VTUEEE Counselling.

VTUEEE Counseling 2024

The Counseling of VTUEEE will be conducted through authority after declaration of result and shortlisting the merit list. Those candidates are shortlisted in the merit list, they will be called out for the counseling procedure.

‘The selected candidates should have to report at the counseling center along with the required documents for verification. A counseling schedule will be provided to the candidates on the official website.

The seat will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of marks obtained in the examination, document verification, and seat availability in the various affiliated colleges of this university.

Counseling will start after the declaration of the VTUEEE 2024 result. The university will conduct the counseling for the candidates who will qualify the entrance exam. The counseling of VTUEEE 2024 will be organized for both phases at VTU, Chennai.

VTUEEE 2024 Counseling Dates

Selection and Admission Procedure for VTUEEE 2024:

• VTUEEE 2024 Application Form for counseling will be available from the month of October 2024 in both online and offline mode.
• The last date of submission will depend on the phase of examination selected by the candidates, for phase I examination, the candidates need to submit the application form until January 2024.
• VTUEEE 2024 Examination for Phase I, has been conducted in online mode.
• Candidates who are registered for the 1^st phase, they will appear in the examination.
• Qualifying candidates will be eligible for admissions.
• The Phase II examination will commence from 15^th April 2024 till 22^nd April 2024.
• Results of VTUEEE 2024 will release the separate results for both the phases. The result for the phase I exam will be declared in the month of February 2024.
• Phase II results will be announced in the month of April 2024.
• After the declaration of the result, the counseling process will start for both phases.
• The qualified and eligible candidates will be called for the counseling process.
• The seats will be allotted to the candidates after the verification of documents.
• Candidates must report to the allotted college and confirm their seats by paying the admission fees.

• VTUEEE 2024 Scorecard
• VTUEEE 2024 Call letter
• Demand draft if payment is through offline
• Qualifying exam mark sheet
• Class X mark sheet (of all attempts)
• Transfer certificate
• Migration certificate
• Community certificate (from candidates belonging to a category other than general)
• Aadhaar card
• Ration card
• Nativity certificate (from Jammu & Kashmir and northeastern candidates)
• 6 recent passport-sized color photographs (3.5*4.5)
• 2 sets of photocopies of all original documents
• 4 copies of passport size photographs of parent/ guardian (3.5cm x 4.5cm)
• Any declaration required at the time of counseling
