WBJEE 2025 Merit List, Rank List – Check Score Card Here

WBJEE 2025 Rank Card will be available on the 4th week of July  2025. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will make available the WBJEE 2025 merit list online. WBJEE merit list 2025 will be organized on the contender’s total scores in the entrance exam.

In the General Merit Rank (GMR) or list of WBJEE 2025, ranks will be given to contenders in the down order of the total marks acquired in all the subjects, which means contenders having more targets in the entrance exam will have a name at the commencement of the WBJEE 2025 Merit list/ Rank list.

Contenders will be summoned for counselling and admission on their names in the WBJEE 2025 merit list.

Steps to check WBJEE 2025, Merit List/ Rank List?

Contenders need to keep to the steps given below to check the General Merit Rank/ List of WBJEE 2025:

• Check the WBJEE merit list 2025, as the link will be available
• Key in WBJEE application number 2025.
• Connect to the submit button.
• The WBJEE 2025 merit list will be presented on the screen.

Guidelines for WBJEE Merit List 2025 (GMR)

The WBJEE board sets the merit list of WBJEE 2025 by keeping in mind the details below:

• The overall scores of contenders in the entrance exam are used while making the merit list. Through a complete count, it represents scores in all subjects of the entrance exam.
• The system will organise a discrete merit list for contenders in SC, ST, OBC, PwD, and TFW categories.
• In the WBJEE 2025 merit list, contenders will have the highest to lowest scores in the entrance exam.
• If two or more contenders have similar ranks, rules of inter-se-merit will be asked.
• Contenders having their names in the JEE Main merit list 2025 will have 10% permitted seats in all Self Financed Engineering & Technology Colleges of West Bengal.

When formulating the merit list of WBJEE, there are probabilities of two or more contenders obtaining similar ranks-

• The entrant with fewer negative marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in the entrance exam will be given a higher position.
• If the draw still happens, candidates with more positive marks in Mathematics and Physics will be given a higher rank.
• If the rank is not determined still, the contender having more positive marks in Mathematics and Chemistry will be bestowed with an advanced position.
• If the draw continues, entrants with less undesirable marks in Mathematics and Physics will be furnished an advanced rank.
• The contender with less undesirable marks in Mathematics and Chemistry will be classified as greater if the rank still occurs.
• Contenders with less undesirable marks in Physics for only the two marks questions will obtain an advanced rank if no specific choice is taken.
