AGMC 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the following details regarding AGMC 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

• Nationality: Indian National candidates are eligible to apply.
• Qualification: Candidates must have pass Higher Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination or equivalent (10+2 Higher Secondary Examination) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or any other elective subjects with English from as prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training which should be in the pattern in 10^th, 12th and 13^th year as recommended by the National Committee on education.
• Candidates of Tripura State quota have to clean the Joint entrance examination held by Tripura Board JEE.
• Minimum marks: The applier needs to secure a minimum 50% and pass in English, Physics, chemistry, and Biology individually and candidates who belong to SC/ST or OBC have to secure 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in the qualifying exam.
• Age limit: there is no age limit prescribed by the authority to apply.
• Candidates have to meet all conditions fixed by the authority to apply in AGMC

• The candidates have to visit on the official website of Agartala Government Medical College.
• Applicants can also apply through online mode
• The applicants have to register themselves on the official website for logging in.
• At the time of filling the Application Form, candidates should be carefully filling the detailed information.
• Applicants need to upload the scanned images and signature on the Application Form.
• They also have to make the payment of the application fee.
• The applicants have to submit the Application Form after filling all the details on the address of authority along with the required documents.

Documents to be enclosed along with the filled Application Form Includes

• Self-attested copy of proof of age such as admit card for Madhyamik examination, birth certificate or school leaving certificate.
• Self-attested copy of enrolment certificate for higher secondary or +2, or any equivalent certificate of proof from the appropriate institute, which mentions the list of subjects that appeared and cleared during H.S or +2.
• Self-attested copy of mark sheet for the higher secondary or any equivalent examination cleared by the candidate.
• Self-attested copies of any clauses or caste or quota certificates as applicable.
• A copy of the board’s challan.
• The examination fee will be different for each category.
• For the unreserved or the OR category, the fee will be Rs. 350.
• Concession based on caste and tribe is applicable when the candidate submits copies of attested documents proving the same.
