AMU School Admission 2023 Online Counseling has been Started on 18th April for class IX. The AMU is commonly known as Aligarh Muslim University. The Aligarh Muslim University will conduct an admission procedure for eligible applicants to provide admission to the eligible applicants in classes I, VI, IX, and XI.

AMU School 2023 Application Form

The important information related to the Application Form is mentioned below for the reference of the applicants:

• AMU School Admission 2023 Application Form has been Released on 13th January 2023.
• In both online and offline modes, the application forms will be available for the applicants who want to get admission.
• Applicants are instructed to fill out the Application Form and submit the same before the due date and complete the application procedure.
• At the time of filing the Application Form, applicants are instructed to enter all necessary details required in it with the help of the educational qualification documents.
• And once the Application Form is filled, applicants need to take a printout of the duly filled Application Form.
• And then, applicants need to paste passport-size photographs in the space provided in the Application Form.
• And then, applicants are instructed to submit the duly filled Application Form along with the demand draft of the application fee and other necessary documents to the school.

AMU School 2023 Eligibility Criteria

For class I:

Age criteria:

• To apply one should be between the ages of 5 years to 7 years at the time of admission.

For class VI:

Educational Qualification:

• V-class qualified applicants from a known school are eligible to apply.

Age criteria:

• The lower and upper age limit of the applicant to appear for admission is 10 years to 12 years respectively.

For class IX:

Educational Qualification:

• One who has passed the VIII class from a known school is eligible to apply.

Age criteria:

• The lower of the applicant to appear for admission is 13 years and the upper age limit of the applicants is 15 years at the time of admission.

For class XI:

Educational Qualification:

• One must hold a valid certificate of secondary school from the AMU school or any other known one to get admission.

Age criteria:

• The upper age limit of the applicant is 19 years at the time of admission.

Qualifying marks:

• One must have scored more than 45% marks in the qualifying exam to get admission (40% marks in the case of reserved category applicants).

Compulsory subjects:

• One must have English, science, and mathematics as mandatory subjects in the qualifying exam.

AMU School 2023 Exam Pattern

For class I:

• AMU School Admission 2023 Exam Duration 2 Hours.
• In offline mode, the exam will be held.
• Objective /subjective type questions will be asked.
• 25 questions will be asked.

The question paper will be based on below mention subjects:

• English
• Arithmetic
• Urdu
• GK

For classes VI and IX:

• AMU School Admission 2023 Exam Duration 2 Hours.
• The entrance exam will be organized in offline mode.
• MCQ-type questions will be asked in the exam.
• Section I will contain 30 questions for 30 marks in total, and section II will contain 70 questions for 70 marks.
• Each correct answer in the exam will get one mark.

AMU School 2023 Admit Card

In online mode on the official website of the university, the admit card has been made available by the official authority for the reference of the applicants.

Applicants need to download the admit card from the website using the login credentials (application number and password).

AMU School Admission 2023 Admit Card will be released 1 week before the exam for the I & IV Class. Applicants are also instructed to keep some copies of the admit card and carry the same at the time of entrance exam as it is a mandatory

AMU School 2023 Result

After completion of the exam, the official authority will release the results in online mode on the official website of the University for the Reference of the applicants.

The result should be downloaded from the official website with the help of the roll number and date of birth.

Applicants need to keep the result safely till the time of admission procedure as based on the marks secured by the applicant in the exam they will be eligible to get admission to the school.

AMU School 2023 Selection Procedure

AMU School 2023 Interview for class VI has been done on 18th March 2023 and the class IX Interview will be held in March 2023.

The official authority will nominate eligible applicants for admission on the basis of the marks scored by the applicants in the entrance exam.

However, applicants who have scored well in the entrance exam will be eligible to appear for the interview round conducted by the authority.
