Central University of Haryana 2023: CUET Application (Started), Dates, Eligibility, Pattern, Syllabus

Central University of Haryana 2023 Admission has been done through NTA CUET 2023. Central University of Haryana (CUHAR), is the only one of the 15 central universities created by the government of India that is offering admission to its various courses through the CUCET entrance exam. The university provides undergraduate courses in Engineering & postgraduate courses beneath multiple streams such as Arts, Science, Commerce, etc. In addition to UG and PG courses, it also offers various research courses in certain specialties under Arts and Science.

For access to the Central University of Haryana, the candidate must clear the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET), commonly conducted for the central universities across India. However, in the case of B.Tech admittance, selection shall be carried out on the basis of marks scored in the JEE Main exam. For PG, M. Phil. and Ph.D. courses, candidates shall be nominated on the basis of marks scored in the CUCET exam.

The implementation process for registration to CUCET typically begins in the month of March. Applying for admission, the applicant must submit the application form through online mode along with the required fee. With the CUCET exam usually conducted in the month of May, the results for the exact same are announced by June every year.

Central University of Haryana 2023 CUET Application Form has been Released for UG & PG Courses. Candidates must log in to the university website in order to register online for admission.

Candidates must complete the required details and upload the requisite self-attested documents along with the scanned photograph.

Then, he/she shall be redirected to the online payment regime for the option. Students can submit the required fees through online debit card, credit card or they can opt to pay the fees offline and download the challan

For online payment through the debit and credit card, the fees on general and OBC candidates are INR 800 whereas, in the case of SC/ST candidates, candidates are required to pay INR 350.

Offline payments through challan, the bank charges Rs. 50/- for commission. General and OBC applicants should pay INR 850 at the same time as the SC/ST candidates have to submit INR 400 as processing fees.

Candidates can also send the fees via demand draft, take a print out of the duly filled-in registration form and send it alongside the demand draft to the following address –

Central University of Haryana (CUH) distributes semester/term-end results for 60 specializations under 14 programs running on campus.

Students can check and download academic addition CUCET entrance exam result from the official site. Results can be downloaded in the pdf format.

Central University of Haryana 2023 Admissions Process

For admission to PG courses, the candidate must have completed the Bachelor’s degree with the minimum aggregate marks of 50% – 55% as per different subjects.

For admission to M. Phil and Ph.D. program, the candidate must possess a Master’s degree in the relevant field.

Candidates will also need to appear for a written test followed by an interview undertaken by the concerned Department, which is required to carry a weightage of 80% and 20% respectively.

Seats in the M.Phil. and Ph.D. programs are subject to the availability of the research supervisor in the concerned department.
