HP SET Eligibility Criteria 2023

• The applicants must have a Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% of marks to be eligible for applying in HP SET and there are minimum eligibility marks required for reserved category and PH candidates of Himachal Pradesh is 50% in Master’s degree.
• Candidates appearing in final-year Master’s degree course are also eligible for the HP SET and they also have to provide the note about they will be qualified in Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% (50% for reserved) marks to be eligible for the award of HP SET certificate.
• Those applicants will have a Masters’s degree with a relaxation of 5% in qualifying marks along with a Ph. Discourse; they also will be eligible to apply in this test.
• Candidates without relevant subjects at the Master’s level can appear for the UGC NET examination, which is conducted twice a year.
• Those who have completed PGDs (Post Graduate Diploma) courses recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) – New Delhi are eligible for HP SET.
