HSTES 2024 Application Form (Started Soon) – Apply Here Online

HSTES 2024 Application Form will be Released Soon. Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) will offer admission into all Diploma Courses, Diploma in Engineering, Diploma Engineering (Lateral Entry), and Diploma Pharmacy.

The Online Application form will be released for admission in offer courses in the Govt./ Govt. Aided/Self-Financing Polytechnics along with Branches and Sanctioned. HSTES 2024 Application form can be filled oonlineine on the official website www.hstes.org.in.

The candidate who wants to apply must check the information of the HSTES 2024 exam, like filling out the Application form, requirement eligibility criteria, important dates, How to apply, etc.

HSTES 2024 Application Form

Candidates can go through the HSTES 2024 Application Form details, which we have mentioned below:  

• HSTES 2024 Applications form can be filled out online on the official portal at www.onlinetesthry.gov.in. There is no printed application form available/ acceptable. 
• The providing information of the candidate in the application form should be the same as that registered in the qualifying examination. 
• Interested candidates must register and submit the application form as per the release scheduled dates on the official website.
• It is necessary to provide the correct and accurate information in the application form, such as personal, qualification, and other details. 
• The candidates have to fill up the particular online & also have to upload their coloured photograph (JPG, JPEG File Max. 30KB Size) along with the signature (JPG, JPEG File Max. 20KB Size). 

Application fees

• Candidates who are the fillOnlineLine application form can pay the amount of the application fee through the OnlineLine payment gateway via Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.
• The HSTES 2024 Application fees are Rs. 500/- for the General Category, and the candidate of the category for All Reserved Categories (SC/BC/PH/FF/ESM/KM/EWSs/HGST/Girls) have to pay Rs. 200/-.
• The fee which has been submitted will not be transferred back to anyone under any circumstances. 

HSTES 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the following details regarding HSTES 2024 Eligibility Criteria for admission:  

• Nationality: Indian National candidates are eligible to apply. 
• Qualification details: to apply for HSTES 2024, candidates must pass the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (12th class exam) from any recognized Institute or University eligible to apply. Or applicant with a Diploma in Engineering and Technology can also apply. 
• Mandatory subjects: candidates must pass the exam with mandatory physics & mathematics subjects along with (chemistry/biotechnology/biology/technical vocational subjects).
• Percentage: candidates acquiring a minimum of 45% marks (for the reserved category- 40% marks) in the HSC exam are eligible to apply. 
• All aspirants must check the information brochure (PDF format) for eligibility criteria, as different courses have various criteria to apply for the admission procedure.

How to apply

Here we have mentioned the complete procedure to apply for HSTES 2024 Application Form: 

• Based on the merit of the Secondary School Examination (Matriculation) or equivalent qualifying, exam candidates will get Admission in Diploma Engg. Course. For Admissions in Diploma Engg. The lateral Entry Course will be based on inter-se-merit of the percentage of qualifying examinations. For Diploma Pharmacy Course, admission will be given based on inter-se-merit prepared on (basis percentage in the qualifying examination). 
• HSTES 2024 Applications form for admission in all Diploma Courses shall be invionlineline at the Official portal of Haryana State Technical Education Society at www.onlinetesthry.gov.in as per the released “Key Dates” in brochure 2024. 
• Candidates will have to note down the unique application number, which will be generated after the submittonlineline application form; a unique number will be required for future communication. 
• In the application form, candidates will have to provide the correct details: applier name, birth date, parent name, category, qualification details, scores, mark sheet, email ID, contact number, correct address, select courses (in which candidates want to enter) and select preferred exam centres in order of preference, etc. 
• Ready the necessary documents to fill the application form: Mark sheet for Secondary School Certificate Examination (10th) and Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (12th) & degree/diploma certificate if have etc. 
• The provided documents and details should be corrected; otherwise, the application form might get rejected if caught during scrutiny.
• Candidates are advised to take a printed copy of the application form for their records.
