HSTES B.E. 2023 Counselling has been started. Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) is a famous institute in Haryana State. Through UGC and PCI, this university is approved.

Counselling Schedule

HSTES B.E Application Form 2023

HSTES B.E. 2023 Application Form has been released on 7th June 2023 for K.M. & HGST Category. On the official website of the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES), the HSTES B.E. Application Form will be available.

Those applicants are wishing to get admission to the Bachelor of Engineering program from the various affiliated colleges of HSTES can fill out the application form through the following steps mentioned below, and they need to follow it.

• First of all, candidates need to go on the official webpage of the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES).
• The candidates must register by entering their valid email I.D. and mobile number.
• After submitting the registration details, applicants can fill out the application form with all the correct and complete details such as name, gender, date of birth, communication details, etc.
• After submitting the required details, they need to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature as per the specifications given by the authorities.
• After that, they have to make the payment of the application fee online as well as offline mode through online (net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline mode (e-challan)
• They have to submit the application form after making payment and download the PDF of the submitted application form for further use.

HSTES B.E. Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Candidates should be qualified in the 10+2 examination from a recognized Board/University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects such as Chemistry, Bio-Technology, and Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects.
• They must be qualified in JEE Main examination conducted through National Testing Agency with qualified marks.

HSTES B.E Merit List 2023

Applicants will be shortlisted in the merit list as per their marks obtained in the previous qualifying and entrance examinations. On the official website, the merit list will be published, and applicants can check their names mentioned in the merit list.

If two applicants have the same aggregate marks in the qualifying examination, i.e. 10+2, the applicant’s date of birth will be considered.

HSTES B.E. Reservation Criteria

For admission, there are reservation criteria for the candidates, which are decided through authority.

HSTES B.E. Counseling Procedure 2023

HSTES B.E. 2023 Round Counseling will be started on the 2nd week of October 2023. based on marks scored in JEE Main- 2023 conducted by NTA, applicants will be shortlisted for a counselling session, and there will be 1st & 2nd Online-Off-Campus Counseling Admission for the candidates.

In the 3rd counselling session, applicants must register with their JEE MAIN- 2023 Roll No. And after that, preference should be given to candidates based on the merit of the qualifying examination to be prepared by HSTES based on a percentage of the qualifying examination.

After completing the counselling and seat allotment procedure, the seats will be allotted to the candidates in their aspiring courses at the aspiring college.

• Qualifying Examination, i.e. 10+2/Intermediate/ Senior Secondary School Examination
• Matriculation/ High School Certificate
• JEE (Main) – 2019 rank card
• Proof of Date of Birth, if the same is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet of Qualifying Examination
• Proof of Reserved Category (if any)
• Relevant Certificate in case of KM/EWS/ TFW Category
• Proof of deposition of Application Fee or Entrance Test Fee deposited in the Designated Bank
• Application No. and Password (the candidate shall enter their Application No. and Password for the Verification process at the Designated Verification Center)
