IEMJEE 2023 Application Form

The IEMJEE 2023 Application Form (Online) has been released on the official website for the applicants. We have listed some important points related to the Application Form, some steps which can guide the applicant while filling out the application.

The Phase-1 Application Form will be available online from the University’s official website.

• It is always suggested that applicants download the brochure from the official website and go through it.

• The applicants can then log in to the official website and click on the “Application form” tab to get registered with the official website.
• The applicants have to register by providing details like name, e-mail Id, password, mobile number, and details of Father and Mother.
• Once all this is done, the applicants will receive the credentials in the form of text or through email.
• The details that will be filled in the Application has to be the correct information only.
• The applicant has to fill in some personal information, like Gender, Nationality, Category, Date of birth, contact number, etc.
• The applicant also has to enter the academic details such as the marks of the SSC, HSC & the Graduation degree has to be entered, the university or the board also should be entered, and the other certification if any.
• The Applicants must also upload supporting documents such as the mark sheets and passing certificates of SSC, HSC & Graduation degree.
• Applicants also have to upload scanned copies of the passport size photo & the signature.

IEMJEE 2023 Application Fee

Applicants can pay the application fee by debit card, credit card, or net banking. Applicants must note that the application fee is non-refundable.

IEMJEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The information related to the eligibility criteria is divided into multiple sections as listed below:

Qualification:

• The applicant should be HSC pass from a known board.
• The applicant should have appeared in the PCM subjects in HSC.
• The applicant should have achieved 50% of the score in their HSC examination (UG course).
• The applicant should have achieved 60% of the score in their SSC & HSC examination (engineering course).
• The applicants who are in the final year of graduation can also apply for PG courses.
• The applicants will have to submit all the required documents at the time of admission.
• The applicants also have to get a good score in the entrance examination to get admission in the selected courses.

Nationality:

• For this university, nationality is not a major criterion.
• Any applicant and from any part of India can apply.
• NRI applicants can apply under the NRI quota at the university.
• The OCI & PIO can also apply under the NRI quota.
• Foreign nationals can apply under the Government of India quota.

• As per the information, this entrance examination will be held online (computer-based) & Offline (Pen & Paper model) for the applicants.
• The entrance examination will be conducted in 35 different cities
• The applicants can do the selection at the time of filling the application.
• The applicants will get 3 complete hours to solve the exam paper.
• The exam paper will be set only in the English
• The question pattern will be MCQ type in the exam paper.
• There will be a total of 90 questions in the complete paper.
• Applicants will get 4 marks for each correct answer.
• The applicants will lose 1 mark for each incorrect answer.

Physics– Physical world and measurements, Electrostatics, the motion of a system of particles and rigid bodies, properties of bulk matter, Dual nature of matter, Electronic devices, communication system, Capacitance, Current Electricity, Magnetic effects of Current and Magnetism, Electromagnetic induction, Alternating current, Optics, Oscillations, and waves, Radiation and Atomic nuclei, and Communication system.

Chemistry– Some basic concepts of Chemistry, solid state of matter, Solutions, the structure of the atom, classification of elements and periodicity in properties, Chemical bonding and molecular structure, Isolations, and Elements, Coordination Compounds, Organic compounds containing Nitrogen, Biomolecules, Polymers, Environmental chemistry and Chemistry in Everyday Life.

Mathematics– Algebra, Probability, Trigonometry, Geometry, Calculus, Integration and Differentiation, Relation and functions, Matrices and determinants, Inverse Trigonometric functions, Continuity and differentiability, Applications of derivatives, Vectors, and 3-D Geometry, Linear Programming, Sequences and series, and Permutation and Combinations, Statistics and Dynamics.

IEMJEE 2023 Admit Card

The IEMJEE 2023 Admit Card has been Released. important details in regards to the admit card is as per below: The applicants will be able to get the admit card from the official website only.

The registration credentials can be used along with the application # and DOB to view the admit card. After viewing the admit card the applicants should print some extra copies of the same.

The university will not provide any extra or duplicate admit card to the applicant. Admit card should be carried to the exam center for the verification

The admit card should be kept safely as this will be required at the time of the exam and also at the time of counseling. The applicants without the admit card will not be permitted to write the exam.

The IEMJEE 2023 Result has been declared on the official website of the University. The results will show the scores achieved by every candidate separately.

Log in to the official website and click on the Results tab from the home page. Then enter your seat or the roll and DOB and click on submit.

IEMJEE 2023 Counseling

The IEMJEE Counseling Procedure will be held in June for the candidates to offer admission in various Undergraduate and Postgraduate Engineering programs. Based on their eligibility criteria, the candidates will get admission to their aspiring programs.

They have to score qualified marks in the examination and on the basis marks of the candidates, the merit list will be prepared for the candidates to attend the counseling procedure.
