IIST Admission 2024 Results/Rank List will be released in the 4th week of June 2024. The IIST is popularly known as the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, which is situated in Thiruvananthapuram. Many candidates may appear to get admission in the various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate programs in areas that are relevant to space science, technology, and applications, which candidates provide.

IIST Result 2024

The IIST results will be declared in the 3^rd week of June for the candidates on the official website of the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology. Those candidates have registered themselves to get admission in the B.Tech programs and will be shortlisted in the rank list as per their eligibility criteria. Candidates must be eligible to shortlist in the rank list.

Based on aggregate marks scored by candidates will be eligible to get admission in the various courses of IIST.

Procedure to check IIST Result 2024

Following are the procedures mentioned below for candidates to check the IIST result.

• Firstly, candidates have to visit the official website of IIST
• They have to click on the link of the result, which will be mentioned on the website
• To check the result, candidates have to select the course
• The result will be displayed on the screen in a PDF format
• The candidates are suggested to take the printout of the result for future use.

IIST Inter Se Merit

When two or more candidates get the same marks in the JEE advanced examination, they will go for the inter se merit process, which will be done after realizing the rank list. Some rules of inter se merit have been given below for candidates, who must check it.

• Those applicants will have more marks in Mathematics and be awarded a higher rank.
• If the candidate has more marks in Physics will be considered for a higher rank, which will make a tie.
• If the tie is still available, then those candidates with a higher rank in the JEE Main exam in the respective category will be given a higher rank.

IIST Cut-Off Marks

The cutoff marks are the final and minimum marks of IIST on which basis the candidates can get admission in the various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate programs in areas that are relevant to space science, technology, and applications.
