ISM EE Counselling 2024, Allotment – Get Schedule & Procedure Here

The IIT- (ISM), Dhanbad, will organize online counselling for GATE-qualified and non-GATE contenders who are ambitious to take admission to the M.Tech programs. The online registration intended for ISM EE counselling commenced from June till June 2024.

ISM EE counselling 2024 will happen in at least four rounds. Only those contenders whose names are included in the merit list will be up to list themselves for the online counselling of ISM EE 2024.

The counselling procedure embraces online registration, uploading of requisite documents, and interim admission to candidates after completing the respective rounds of counselling.

Online Registration for Counselling of ISM EE 2024 – Contenders who have met the criteria for the GATE exam and those who qualify for the entrance exam will have to register online.

Document verification – IIT (ISM) officials will authenticate the brochures the entrants provided and formulate the merit list appropriately. The list of brochures the candidates must upload is specified below in the table. The booklets must be in jpg/jpeg format.

Provisional admission   

After ISM EE 2024 counselling of the First, second, third, and fourth rounds, entrants will be assigned seats for numerous M.Tech programs along with the applications they have filled for different schedules in which they desire to seek admission.

Nominated contenders must deposit the admission fee after the individual round of counselling.

Reporting at IIT (ISM)

Contenders who have been approved for the M.Tech programs at IIT-(ISM) will be required to be present with all the original documents at the institute.

The admission procedure will be finalized after the administrators confirm these brochures at IIT-(ISM).

The Final Round of Counselling and Admission

Offline counselling will take place if there are available seats. Entrants who have succeeded in online counselling and are not given any position would be termed in this round of counseling-cum-admission.  It is by merit that contenders will be bestowed with seats.
