JEMAT 2023 Application Form has been Released on 30th May 2023. JEMAT stands for Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test. The Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (MAKAUTWB), conducts the JEMAT entrance examination on behalf of the Government of West Bengal. Applicants who appear for this entrance examination will get admissions in other courses such as Engineering, MCA, etc. courses in different universities need to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the authority.

However official authorities of the university will provide admission to the eligible applicants on the basis of the marks secured by the applicant in the entrance exam. All the Notifications related to the entrance exam will be updated on the official website of the university in online mode for the reference of the applicants.

JEMAT 2023 Application Form 

• JEMAT 2023 Application Form has been  available on the online official portal of JEMAT.
• Applicants have to log on to the official website and fill the JEMAT 2023 Application Form, directly.
• Applicants also have to upload their scanned passport-size photo.
• It is always advised to keep printed copies of the filled application for further needs.
• Applicants have to pay the application fees according to their category wise.

Below are the steps to apply for JEMAT 2023

• Applicants must log on to the official website and go to the ‘Notice’ section.
• Applicants then need to click on the application form and fill it with valid details.
• The applicants are always advised to check the information added at every step as editing is not allowed after submission.
• After submitting the online form, an application number and password will be sent to the applicant’s email ID.
• This information should be kept safe until the end of the admission process.
• Take a printout of the form and attach a recent passport-size photograph on it.

JEMAT Application Fee

The application fee has to be paid through Demand Draft. The DD of Rs 600 (Rs 300 of SC/ST/OBC category) should be drawn in favor of MAKAUTWB-JEMAT payable at Kolkata.

Once the application form is filled out online, download it and take a printout. The hard copy of the duly filled form must be sent along with a demand draft (DD), and other relevant documents to the following address:

JEMAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the following details regarding JEMAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality: Indian &Foreign/NRI National candidates are eligible to apply.

Qualification: Candidates must have a degree of Under-graduation from a reputed university.

Percentage: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% total marks in above mention examination.

Appearing: Candidates who are appearing in the final years of graduation also eligible to apply but they will need to submit a mark sheet of it.

Age limit: there is no upper/lower age limit prescribed by the authority to apply.

JEMAT 2023 Exam Pattern

The information about the paper pattern helps the applicants to understand & plan for it:

• The question paper will have 100 objective type questions and the completed paper will be for 100 marks.
• The exam is conducted in offline mode means pen and paper mode.
• The applicant will get 2 hours to solve the complete paper.
• Each correct answer will achieve 1 mark.
• 25 marks will be deducted for a wrong answer.
• There will be 3 subjects included in the questions paper (English, Mathematics & Logical Reasoning)

JEMAT 2023 Syllabus

The Syllabus for JEMAT includes three subjects:

1. English,
2. Mathematics,
3. Logical Reasoning.

JEMAT 2023 Admit Card

Admit card is also known as Hall ticket and will be released on the official portal. Applicants will be able to download the Admit card online mode only.

Admit cards/hall tickets is a mandatory document that has all the details such as Name, Roll Number, photograph, signature, examination schedule & examination center details, etc.

Applicants who are attaining exams are informed to carry valid Original admit cards with id proof if applicants didn’t bring, applicants will not be allowed to attain exams in the examination hall.

Applicants who have successfully submitted their application can only download the admit cards. Its applicant’s responsibility to keep their hall ticket safe until the completion of exams

JEMAT 2023 Result

The results will be published by the authority on the official website. Applicants will be able to download the result by using their login credentials.

The Applicants who get selected for the merit list will be called for GD & PI, followed by counseling. To access result page applicants have to type correct details on it.

JEMAT 2023 Counselling

Applicants who clear the GD & PI will be invited for counseling by colleges affiliated to MAKAUTWB.

The list of applicants selected for counseling will be released on the official website.

The applicants who want to participate in counseling will have to fill a form and pay the registration fee of Rs 500.
