Karnataka PGCET M.Tech 2023 Online Registration has been Started on 7th August 2023. The Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test is abbreviated as Karnataka PGCET. It is a state-level entrance examination conducted through Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) to provide admission to applicants in M.Tech programs.

Karnataka PGCET M.Tech Application Form 2023

Applicants wishing to get admission to MBA/ MCA/ M.Arch/ M.Tech/ M.E programs from participating government and private colleges in Karnataka can apply in Karnataka PGCET by filling out the Application Form and following the simple steps below.

• First, candidates need to go to the official website of the Karnataka Examinations Authority.
• The applicants must register by providing the details such as the candidate’s name, parent’s name, gender, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number in the required field.
• The user ID and password will be provided to the candidates to fill out the Application Form with the required details, such as personal and academic details.
• They must upload copies of the candidates’ photographs, signatures, and left thumb impressions in the application form.
• The applicants have to submit the Application Form and take the printout of it for future use.

Application Fee

The application fee can be paid offline mode by submitting the generated challan to the banks specified for the payment.

Karnataka PGCET M.Tech 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have to check their eligibility criteria before filling out the application form, and the eligibility criteria details are

• The applying candidates must have qualified marks in the GATE examination to be selected for admission to the M.Tech course.
• They should be qualified in a qualifying or equivalent examination as prescribed by the Competent Authority and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks taken together in all the subjects of all the years/semesters of the Degree Examination for admission.

Karnataka PGCET M.Tech 2023 Syllabus

Karnataka PGCET M.Tech 2023 Admit Card 

Those applicants who have successfully submitted their application form can download the Karnataka PGCET admit card online by visiting the official website of the Karnataka Examinations Authority.

Seven days of the examination, admit cards will be issued to the candidates as a mandatory document. Candidates cannot enter the examination hall without an admit card.

Karnataka PGCET M.Tech 2023 Result 

The Karnataka PGCET Result will be declared on the official website of the Karnataka Examinations Authority, and those applicants who have given the examination can check their results online.

Applicants have to submit their PGCET roll number to check their results. The result will be displayed to the candidates in the form of a merit list.

Karnataka PGCET M.Tech 2023 Counseling 

Those applicants are shortlisted in the merit list; they will call out for the counselling procedure conducted through Karnataka Examinations Authority.

The selected candidates must be present with the required documents at the counselling centre. Applicants must register for counselling sessions and fill in their choice of colleges and courses.

There have been seat allotment procedures after a counselling session, in which applicants will be allotted based on their marks scored in the examination, choices filling, and seat availability. Candidates must be at the allotted centre with an academic fee.

• Caste certificate/caste income certificate/Income certificate obtained from the concerned tahsildar for Karnataka candidates only (if applicable)
• Parent’s domicile certificate/ study certificate/hometown certificate/employment certificate / cumulative record/marks sheet, etc., for candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats based on domicile/ study/ employment of parent (if applicable
• Certificate issued by the concerned assistant commissioner for candidates claiming Hyderabad-Karnataka region reservation (if applicable)
