Kerala SET Application Form 2020
From 28th December 2019, the Application Form has been Released, the Kerala SET Application Form has been available till the 10th of January 2020 and those applicants are wishing to get a post of Higher Secondary School Teachers and Non-Vocational Teachers in VHSE, they can apply in this examination by filling the Application Form through online mode.
- Primarily, applicants need to go on the official web page of the LBS Centre for Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram.
- They should have to register themselves by using the mobile number and they can fill the Application Form after submitting the login details.
- In the Application Form, applicants have to upload their photograph which should be 200 pixels in height and 150 pixels in width. The image should be in JPG format and should not exceed 30 KB in size.
- Candidates should have to make the payment of application fee through online mode by using Net Banking, Debit Card, and Credit Card.
- After paying the application fee, candidates have to submit the Application Form and they should have to take the printout of it for future use.
- Applicants cannot make any changed in the application after submission.

Kerala SET Eligibility Criteria 2020
Those candidates are going to fill the Application Form of Kerala SET; they should have to check their Eligibility Criteria. The Eligibility Criteria details are mentioned below.
- Applicants must be qualified in Master’s Degree with not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade and B.Ed. degree in any discipline from any universities in Kerala or any other university recognized as equivalent to applying on this examination.
- The candidates should have a B.Ed degree in any discipline from any recognized university in Kerala or possess these qualifications from any other recognized universities, they can apply.
- Those applicants will have acquired II class Master’s Degree in Communicative English with not less than 50% marks and B.Ed., they can appear in SET in English.
- Those who have acquired their Master’s Degree with the minimum required marks for eligibility to appear for SET and are undergoing the final year courses for B.Ed Degree are eligible to appear for the test.
Kerala SET Exam Pattern 2020
The Kerala SET Exam Pattern includes two papers and those applicants are going to apply in this examination, they must have to prefer the exam pattern for better preparation of examination. The answers need to be marked on the OMR sheet. The detailed exam pattern is given below.
- Mode of Exam: This examination will be conducted through pen and paper mode.
- Number of Papers: The Total Number of Paper in this exam is 2.
- Duration of the test: The duration of the Test shall be 120 minutes.
for each paper - Types of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Several questions: The 120 questions will be provided in Paper I (Containing 60 questions for Each Part i.e Part A Part B). Also, Paper-II will be Provided 120 questions this 80 questions will be conducted for Mathematics and Statics.
- Total Marks: The Total Marks that will be provided in Paper-I is 120. Also, Paper-II will be 160 Marks.
- Negative Marking: No negative marking.
- Marking Scheme: For each correct response, the candidates will be awarded 1 mark in both the Papers except for Mathematics and Statistics for which each correct response will be awarded 1.5 marks.
- Incorrect Answer: Marking more than one response against a question shall be deemed as an incorrect answer.
Paper I – Paper I consists of the following subjects.
- General Knowledge
- Aptitude in Teaching.
There will be 120 questions for Paper I with 60 questions each for Part A and Part B. Each question will carry one mark.
Paper-II – In this paper, the questions from the subject of specialization of the candidate at the Post Graduate (PG) Level will be asked. There will be 31 subjects for Paper II which are given in the table below.

Kerala SET Answer Key 2020
Kerala SET 2020 Answer Key has been released on 11th January 2021.
Applicants can download the Answer Key provided on the official web page and those applicants who have given the examination can download the Answer Key through online mode.
With the help of Answer Key, applicants can calculate and estimate their marks. Applicants should have to produce a Demand Draft of Rs 300 for each question if they have challenged the Answer Key.
