KIITEE 2022 Phase-5 Admit Card has been available now. Phase-4 Counseling has been started on 24th June 2022. Phase-4 Result has been Declared on 22nd June 2022. The Counseling for Phase IIIrd has been started on 19th May 2022. The KIITEE 2022 is an entrance exam that is commonly known as the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance exam and is conducted every year by the official authorities of the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar. The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology is located in the state of Bhubaneshwar, Odisha.

Eligibility Criteria for B. Tech, B. Tech + M. Tech (Biotechnology), B. Tech in Architecture, BBA, BCA, Bachelor of Design (Fashion / Textile) / Film and Television Production and Master of Mass Communication (Integrated) Course 

• Age limit: The applicants who are born on or after 1^st July 2021 are only eligible to apply for the entrance exam.
• Educational Qualification: The applicants must have completed their qualifying exam that is HSC exams.
• Stream: Science is a mandatory subject for the applicants to apply.
• Mandatory Subjects: One must have completed the qualifying exam with PCM that is Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects along with English.
• Minimum Marks: One must have secured at least 60 % marks or more in the qualifying exam to apply for the entrance exam.
• Scorecard: The applicants who have qualified NATA entrance exam are also eligible to get admission in B. Tech course in the field of Architecture.

Eligibility Criteria for B. Tech Lateral Entry Courses 

• Age limit: To get admission in B. Tech Lateral entry courses, the applicants must be born on or after 1^st July 1998.
• Educational Qualification: Those applicants who have completed a 3 – year of diploma in engineering from a recognized university are only eligible to apply for the entrance exam.
• Minimum Marks: The applicants who have secured a minimum of 60 % marks or more in the qualifying exam are only eligible to apply for the entrance exam.

Eligibility Criteria for B. Sc. Nursing Courses 

• Lower age Limit: The applicants who are above the age of 17 years at the time of admission are eligible to get admission in B. Sc. Nursing courses.
• Upper Age Limit: The applicants must be below the age of 35 years at the time of admission as of 31^st December 2022.
• Educational Qualification: HSC exam must be completed by the applicants to apply for the entrance exam.
• Mandatory subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics along with English subject are some of the subjects which should be mandatory.
• Stream: The HSC exams must have been completed in Science Stream only.
• Minimum Marks: Those applicants who have scored at least 45 % marks or more in the qualifying exam are eligible to apply for the entrance exam.

Eligibility Criteria for BA LLB / B. Sc. LLB / BBA LLB Courses 

• Upper Age Limit: The applicants must be not more than 21 years of age at the time of admission as of 1^st July 2022.
• Educational Qualification: The applicant must have completed Class 12^th from a recognized state board of education.
• Minimum Marks: Minimum of 45 % marks or more should be secured by the applicants in the entrance exam.
• Stream: The applicants must have completed the qualifying exam in any stream.

Eligibility Criteria for MCA, MCA (Lateral Entry), M. Sc. (Biotechnology / Applied Microbiology) Courses

• Age Limit: Those applicants who are born on or after 1^st July 1996 are only eligible to get admission to these courses.
• Educational Qualification: One must have completed a Graduation in a relevant field from a recognized university to apply for the entrance exam.
• Minimum Marks: Those applicants who have secured at least 50 % marks or more in the qualifying exam are only eligible to apply for the entrance exam.

Eligibility Criteria for Ph. D Courses

• Age Limit: Those applicants who are above the age of 23 years at the time of admission are only eligible to apply for the entrance exam.
• Educational Qualification: One must have completed M. Tech / ME / MCA / MBA / M. Sc. / MA / M. Com / LLM or any equivalent exam from a recognized university or institution to apply for the entrance exam.
• Minimum Marks: The applicants must have secured at least 55 % marks or more in the qualifying exam.

KIITEE 2022 Exam Pattern

In the below section the applicants will get the details about the KIITEE 2022 Exam Pattern for the entrance exam such as the exam mode, exam duration, exam language, total question, total marks, marking scheme, negative markings, and many more.

• Mode of Exam: The entrance exam will be conducted in Online mode that is a computer-based test.
• Duration of Exam: The applicants will get 3 hrs duration to solve the complete question paper of the entrance exam.
• Language of Exam: In the English language only the applicants need to answer the questions of the entrance exam.
• Total Number of Questions: The applicants will get 120 questions in total in the question paper of the entrance exam.
• Total Marks: The question paper of the entrance exam will contain 480 marks in total.
• Type of Questions: Objective type multiple choice questions will be asked in the entrance exam.
• Marking Scheme: Each correct answer given in the entrance exam will gain 4 marks from the authorities.
• Negative Marking: Each negative answer will deduct 1 mark in the entrance exam.
