Nagaland NEET 2023 Selected Candidate List has been Released for MBBS Course through NEET UG. Spot Round Counselling Schedule has been released; the Counselling was held on 18th August 2023 through offline mode. The merit List has been Released now. The Counseling process for NEET 2023 in Nagaland is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Kohima, Nagaland. The counselling will be done for 85% of All India Quota Seats in the state Medical and Dental colleges and universities.

The counselling process will be conducted to offer admission in MBBS and BDS Courses based on the NEET score obtained by the candidates in the NEET 2023 Entrance Examination.

Through this counselling, candidates can get admission to state government and private colleges.

The candidates seeking admission have to fill out the application form to appear in the counselling process. The state-wise merit list will be generated by the state authority for the candidates who become eligible for state counselling.

The seats will be allotted to the eligible candidates according to the ranks of the candidates in the state-wise merit list.

The candidates are advised to produce the original documents at the document verification centre, and after document verification, they will be eligible for admission. After declaring the NEET Result, candidates must register on the website and submit the counselling fee.

The seat allotment result will be displayed on the official website after each round of counselling.

• Candidates are going first to register for the counselling and then fill out the application form.
• Then fill in the personal and educational details, mobile number, and email ID.
• Candidates will be allotted the Username and Password for logins.
• Candidates have to pay the counselling fee to complete the registration process.
• Documents are required to be verified for allotting the final seats to the candidates.
• Candidates must verify the required original documents and one set of photocopies.
• Without document verification, the candidates will not get permission to complete the college choices.
• The candidates need to fill in their choices of courses and colleges where they are looking for admission.
• Candidates can fill in their choices; candidates must not fail to lock the filled choices.
• After the counselling, the seat allotment will be done.
• The candidates can download the provisional seat allotment letter to report to the allotted college for admission.
• The candidates must carry the original documents when reporting at the allotted college.

Reservation Criteria for Nagaland NEET Counselling 2023

The reservation criteria are made on various categories in the medical and dental seats within the state and are reserved by the state government authority.

Candidates can benefit from the reservation only by producing the relevant documents during counselling.

The candidates should not fail to carry documents. Otherwise, they cannot claim the reservation in any category, or they will be considered in the open category in that situation.
