NSIT UG Application Form 2024

NSIT UG 2024 Application Form will be Released Soon. the NSIT UG Application form has been available for the candidates and those candidates are wishing to get admission in the undergraduate programs for BBA and B.F Tech from the NSIT, they can fill the application form through Online Mode by visiting on the official website.

• Primarily, candidates should have to go on the official webpage of the Netaji Subhas University of Technology.
• Applicants should have to register themselves by submitting the required details in the required field.
• After registration, applicants can fill the application form with all the correct and complete details such as personal and academic.
• The applicants have to upload the scanned required documents in the application form and they have to submit it after confirming the details.

Application Fee

The applicants can make the payment of the application fee through online mode by using Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.

The Application Fee is 1200/-Rs. (including bank charges). Candidates can also pay the fee by e-challan in any branch of SBI.

NSIT UG Eligibility Criteria

There are eligibility criteria for NSIT UG has mentioned below for the candidates and those applicants are going to apply they must have to check it.

• There is no minimum age limit for Undergraduate Courses.
• Candidates should be qualified in 10th class from ICSE, CBSE, or any other equivalent Board.
• Applicants must be qualified in 12th class from ICSE, CBSE, or any other equivalent Board.
• Candidates must have opted Science stream in 12th class.
• The Candidates must have opted for Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as their core subjects in class 12th.
• The Candidates of the General category must have scored 60 % marks in class 12th.
• Candidates of Reserved categories will be given relaxation in of marks scored in class 12th.

NSIT UG Merit List 2024

The Netaji Subhas University of Technology will be Released a merit list on official website and those applicants will have qualified marks in the JEE Maim examination, they will be selected in the merit list provided through authority. Applicants can check their names provided in the Merit List.

NSIT UG Reservation Criteria

Applicants will be reserved in the institution as per the reservation criteria mentioned below.

NSIT UG Cut Off 2024

This institute has the cut off marks to select the candidates for undergraduate programs. Cut off marks are the minimum marks and those applicants will have marks scored in JEE Main as equal or more than cut off marks, they will be shortlisted in the merit list after verification.

Online Choice Filling and Locking

• Applicants need to fill the choice of course and college according to their preference in online mode.
• Applicants need to fill the choice on the official website of the University of JAC.
• Authority will release the list of branches and seats available on the official website for the reference of the applicant.
• Applicants can fill many choices from the list and lock the filled choice.
• Applicants will not be able to rearrange the choice once it is a lock.
• Applicants are advised to take a printout of the filled choice for further reference.

Allotment of seats: 

Authority will be allotted seats to the applicants based on the merit list prepared by the university based on the performance of the applicants in the JEE Main exam.

Authority will be releasing the result of the seat allotment on the official website in July 2024 for the reference of the applicant.

Admission Letter Online

Authority will be releasing the provisional admission letter in online mode on the official website of the university itself.

Applicants are advised to download the online provisional admission letter from the official website of the university, after the declaration of the merit list.

The allotment letter is an important document that includes information like details of seat allotment, fee payment, and many other details. Applicants are suggested to take a copy of the admission letter for further usage.

Reporting and Verification of Documents

Once the applicants get a seat in the college, they are requested to report to the allotted college for confirmation. Applicants need to pay an admission fee at the time of reporting the allotted college.

Applicants can pay the admission fee by debit card, credit card, or by net banking. Applicants are requested to be present in person at the allotted college.

NSIT UG Counseling 2024

NSIT UG 2024 Admission will be started in November 2024. The Joint Admission Counseling (JAC) conducts the counseling procedure and it will be conducted through online mode and applicants will be called out for the counseling procedure if they are selected on the merit list.

Applicants have to pay the counseling-cum-registration fee; they will be allowed to take part in the counseling process. Seat allotment of candidates will be done.

NSIT UG Admission Procedure 2024

Based on marks obtained in the JEE Main Entrance examination, admission will offer to the candidates in NSIT and the applicants have to follow the admission procedure to get admission.

There are 4 rounds of admission.

• Applicants have to fill and lock their choices and it will be conducted through online mode.
• The seat will be allotted to the candidates based on the JEE Main rank list.
• Applicants will get the admission provisional letter from the official website of the authority.
• At the allotted center, applicants have to carry the required documents for verification and they have to report and pay the admission fee.
