OJEE MBA Counselling 2024 (Soon) – Check Complete Schedule

Odisha Joint Entrance Exam signifying OJEE Committee announces the OJEE MBA counselling schedule. Contenders might download their rank cards and enrol their names online to fill up the choice of colleges between July. The first seat allotment will be held in July 2024, and the final allocation of seats and reporting to the college will be directed in August.

Contenders must fill in the Special OJEE Registration and Choice Filling Form for partaking in the OJEE Counselling process.

The Odisha counselling is rooted in the result broadcasted in July (for the 2nd OJEE MBA exam). The cutoff score is the chief determining factor for any contender’s selection for the OJEE MBA counselling.

Online Registration

Contenders are required to enrol for the OJEE MBA 2024 counselling by filling in their details in the link for online counselling registration. They need to opt for the suitable course for which they are pursuing admission by entering their roll number and date of birth.

Entrants must follow the authentication procedure by entering their personal and bank details with the One Time Password received for corroboration of their mobile number.

Print the registration slip for the document verification rounds when this registration acquiesces.

Institute Choice Filling

Afterwards registration, contenders will be engaged in the choice-filling page where they can give the option of the desired institute they are pursuing admission to.

Contenders would fill in as many choices as possible to increase their chances of getting an entry into the college of their choice. Selections must be sealed to ensure the desired preferences are saved and submitted correctly.

Counselling Fee Payment

Registered entrants pay a fee of Rs. 5450/- as a counselling fee before performing at the nodal centre.

The fee is paid in both online and offline means.

Documents Verification

Contenders must carry one set of originals and one set of photocopies of the required documents for authentication.

• Photocopy of H.S.C. Mark sheet
• Photocopy of 10+2 Pass certificate and Mark sheet
• Photocopy of School Leaving/ College Leaving Certificate
• Original Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
• Original ‘Permanent Resident of Odisha’ Certificate/Nativity Certificate from concerned Tahasildar
• Original Certificate of Employment of Candidate’s parent/Spouse Employer: Govt. of Odisha/Govt. of India/Govt. of India Undertakings and/Govt. of Odisha Undertakings located in Odisha at the time of application
• Original SC/ ST certificate by birth
• Original Certificate of Ex-serviceman
• Original Certificate in support of Outlying Oriya Speaking Track (OL) and certificate issued by OJEE concerning the Oriya test conducted by OJEE.
• Original, relevant managerial/ supervisory experience certificate of a minimum of five years for candidates seeking admission to the PGDM (Executive) program. The candidate has to submit a No Objection Certificate from the present employer
