The contenders who have made the grade in GATE 2024 with the essential marks are given precedence throughout the admission procedure of RTU CAM 2024.

If seats go on being available, Non-GATE contenders will be provided admission to courses extended by the participating institutes.

RTU is accompanying the centralized admission process for the engineering seats presented through the Government aided and Private unaided Technical Institutions of Rajasthan apart from BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur, and other Deemed and Private Institutes. To partake, contenders need to enroll, fill up the application form, provide documents and fill and fix their choices.

RTU CAM Admission 2024

Seat allotment: In this step, the ranges submitted by contenders will be administered, and they will be allotted seats by their merit, choice filling, and seat availability.

There will remain four rounds of seat allocation and a supplementary fifth round, which will be conducted as a series if essential.

First round: Seats will be given to contenders by their choices and merit. Candidates who will be assigned seats will have got to report in the flesh to the fixed institute for document authentication and fee submission.

If not satisfied with the allocated place, a contender can hope for upward movement in the following round.

Second round: This round is meant for upward movement. Contenders will be obliged to submit their online consent intended for the upward movement against the selected seat in the first round.

After approval, the earlier granted place will be available for following contenders only if the contender has got a higher preference. Or else the seat will be the same.

If a contender has not been given the location in this round, then he or she will be considered for the next round where they can alter and relock their choices lacking registering fee payment.

Third round: Registration will be accessible for novel contenders in this round. Contenders can furnish their choices and secure the seats obtainable.

Contenders who have already paid the registration fee need not pay the price again. For those who have reported in the earlier two rounds will not be allowed to contribute in this round.

Fourth round: This round is once more for upward movement. Contenders need to submit their online permission for the upward submission in contradiction of the selected seat in series 3.

Fifth round: This is a distinct round directed for seats vacant

Physical reporting & admission: Contenders who have been given seats will have to register at the allotted institute physically.

RTU CAM 2024 Reservation of Seats 

In keeping with the policies of the state of Rajasthan, RTU CAM 2024 provides reservation to the contenders belonging to different categories. Contenders who will be applying under RTU CAM 2024 Reservation Criteria need to take care that they meet the eligibility and do have all the mandatory documents as proof.

• Provisional seat allotment letter
• Application form with a colored photograph
• Class X board certificate as the date of birth proof
• Class XII marksheet
• Consolidated Grade/ Mark sheet of qualifying degree
• Qualified and valid GATE scorecard, if any
• Category certificate, if applicable
• Undertaking by OBC/ SBC in the required format
• Certificate for a person with a disability
• Certificate for ex-serviceman
• Domicile
• Conversion certificate for converting CGPA to percentage from recognized university in which UG degree has been passed
• Migration certificate
• KM category, if applicable
