• Three recent passport-size photographs duly attested with name and father’s name written on the backside
• Attested copy/copies of the certificate(s) of extra co-curricular activities, if any
• Two self-addressed envelopes stamped worth Rs.30.00 each
• Copy of Adhar Card

• The Rs.2000/- application fee can be paid through a demand draft.
