• Attested copy of marks sheet certificate of 10+2 or equivalent examination
• Attested Copy of RN/RM
• Three recent passport size photographs duly attested with name and father’s name written on the backside
• Punjab Domicile certificate / bonafide resident of Punjab certificate
• Affidavit
• Gap Year Affidavit (if applicable)
• Experience Certificate (if any)
• Attested copy/ copies of the certificate(s) of extra co-curricular activities, if any
