SRMCAT 2023 Application Form will be released soon. SRMCAT stands for Shri Ramaswamy Memorial Common Admission Test. This entrance test is done for applicants who are interested in the MBA courses from SRM University.

SRM University shall invite applications for admissions to Engineering, Medical, Architecture, Arts & Humanities, and Management programs at its various campuses through this Common Admission Test.

Candidates will go through an online test composing 100 questions and a maximum of 300 marks. For each correct answer, 3 marks will be awarded and 1 mark will be deducted for incorrect answers.

The information and details about the SRM CAT 2023 Application Form are as per below:

Steps to fill the Application Form online for the applicants:

• Open the official website in the browser.
• On the right-hand side, you will find SRM admissions 2023.
• Applicants have to fill in the information which is asked like Name, Permanent email, mobile #, Password, State, city, then enter the captcha and click on apply.
• Once the registration is completed successfully the applicants will receive the user id and password in the email or through a text message from the university.
• Applicants have to go to the website again and then enter the credentials received and click on login.
• Then select the course that the applicant has to apply first.
• Then click on the appropriate Application Form.
• The application will ask for very general details such as Personal Details, Parent Details, Address Details, and Academic Details.

SRMCAT Application Fee

• The amount payable by candidates can be around Rs. 1100/-
• The fees may be paid using online or offline mode.
• There will be the facility of the Credit Card/ Debit card/ Net banking/ DD mode.

Steps to fill the Application Form offline for the Applicants

• The applicants have to purchase the Application Form from the university campus.
• The applicants have to pay the charge to purchase the Application Form. Which will be different from the fee.
• The application has to be filled by the applicant manually with a blue or a black ball pen only.
• The Application Form should be filled in capital letters and no overwriting will not be accepted.
• The applicants have to attach all the important documents which should attest to the photograph.
• If the applicant wants to pay the fee in cash he can do that or else he can also pay it in the form of the DD in favor of SRMIST and put it in the envelope with the documents and the filled form.

SRMCAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The information related to the eligibility criteria is very important and all the applicants should check it before applying for the course.

• The applicant should have cleared his graduation with a three-year degree from a known university.
• The applicant must have achieved a minimum of 50% of the score in their graduation examination.
• Even the applicant who is in the final year of graduation can apply but they will have to submit the certificates at the time of admission.

SRMCAT 2023 Exam Pattern

The information related to the paper pattern is always interesting for the applicants as it helps the applicants to be prepared mentally for the exams: Below are some points for the same:

• This will be a computer-based exam so no pen and paper required.
• The complete question paper will be divided into five sections
• Each section will have 20 questions in it.
• The total paper will be for a set of 100 questions in it.
• The question paper will be set with MCQ type questions only.
• The question paper will be for 300 marks in total.
• Each correct answer will be given 3 marks.
• The applicants will lose 1 mark for the wrong answer.
• The applicants will get 2 hours & 30 min to solve the complete paper.

SRMCAT 2023 Admit Card

• The Admit Card will not be available in any other way to the applicants.
• The admit card is a very important document for the applicant.
• It should be carried to the exam venue without fail.
• Applicants without the admit card will not be allowed to enter the exam center.

SRMCAT 2023 Result

The information in regards to the results are as per below:

• The Result will be displayed only on the official website.
• The applicants can only view their personal result copy by entering the Seat # and the DOB.
• Applicants have to download the result from the website.

SRMCAT 2023 Counseling

The counseling process will start just after the results are declared. The merit listed based on the results and the scores achieved by the applicants.

With the merit list, the counseling schedule will also be published on the website. Applicants after checking the information can download the counseling letter fills the letter and then submit it.
