SRMJEEE 2023 Online Counseling has been started on 29th April 2023. SRMJEEE (Common Entrance Examination for Engineering) is typical for admission in all college groups. SRMJEEE is held annually by the SRM University for UG / PG engineering program admissions.

The All India Rank (AIR) obtained in SRMJEEE (B.Tech) 2023 will be the basis for admission to all the four campuses of SRM Institute of Science & Technology (SRMIST), and SRM University HARYANA, Delhi – NCR Sonepat, and SRM University AP, Amaravati.

Admission will be based entirely on the performance of candidates for the entrance examination. Details of the advice will be posted on the university’s website and sent to applicants by e-mail. The counselling will be conducted through both (Offline & Online) modes.

In the advisory procedure, candidates will be allocated seats and branches in the university and associated institutions. Applicants can download and take a hard copy of the cover letter for a subsequent admission process after counselling.

Candidates will be pre-selected for advice based on the list of prepared merits. Shortlisted candidates will receive advice based on their placement on the entrance examination. Offline counselling will take place on the campus of the university.

Without a letter of recommendation, no candidate can participate in the council. A counsellor will assist the candidate, and no other person can attend a council instead of the candidate.

SRMJEEE Admission Procedure 2023

Reporting at Counselling Center:

• Based on the candidate’s performance on the entrance examination, the university will announce the ranks of the candidates.
• Depending on the ranking obtained by the candidate, he will be called for advice on different dates.
• The date and time of counselling will be posted on the university website. The university will also intimidate candidates about counseling by email and SMS on their registered email ID and mobile phone number.
• Applicants can download their newsletter on the website to attend the board.
• Applicants may inform the SRM campus for advice depending on the date and time mentioned.

Verification of Documents:

• During the counselling session, candidates must submit their original documents and one set of photocopies.
• Without verification of original documents, the seats will not be allotted to any candidate.

Allotment of Seats:

• After the document verification process, the seat assignment procedure begins.
• The seats will be allocated according to the options and the complete ranks of the candidate.
• It must be physically presented while the seats are assigned.
• If places remain vacant after the first assignment, the second round of counselling will take place through online mode.
• To confirm the seats, candidates must send admission fees.
• The seat will only be confirmed after the presentation of the tariff and cannot be modified later.

Documents Required for SRMEEE Admission

Mandatory Documents to be produced in original at the time of counselling:

• B.Tech Counseling call letter
• SRMJEE 2023 Rank card
• Admit Card/Hall ticket of the +2 board examination
• Mark sheet of Class 10th as proof of date of birth
• Mark sheet of Class 12th or it’s equivalent (if results are announced)
• Photo ID proof (PAN, Aadhar, Passport) – Original for verification and return and Photocopy
• Cancelled Cheque leaf with the name of the Candidate/Parent/Grand Parent printed.
• Receipt(s) for payment made through E-Pay facility or Demand Draft

After payment of Rs. 2,10,000/- during Counseling and receiving the Provisional Allotment Letter (PAL), the balance tuition fee, if any, must be paid on or before May 2023, failing which the admission will stand cancelled and the vacancy arising out of such cancellations will be filled immediately from the waitlist. If the annual tuition fee for a particular program/ institution is less than Rs. 2,10,000/- the excess amount would be adjusted in hostel/bus fees.

Important information regarding SRMJEEE 2023 Counseling

• Candidates will have admission obtained in the SRM University based on merit obtained in the entrance exam.
• Candidates who appear for the counselling process can download and take the printout of their call letter for counselling and counselling records from the official website srmuniv.ac.in/.
• Candidate must reach a counselling centre at a given schedule of time.
• The University of SRM will be uploading the date/time for counselling on its website.
• Those candidates are selected in the counselling process to pay the fee, and confirm the admission and acceptance of the branch.
• The candidates should carry the following documents in original along with one set of photocopies while reporting for counselling.
• Candidates will not be allowed to participate in the counselling process without these documents.
