SRMJEEE 2023 is accessible to all Indian citizens
Non-Resident Indian (NRI), PIO or OCI card possessors can also relate to the entrance exam.
These students too have the choice to join the International student category in the event they don’t feature in the entrance test.
Age Limit
- Entrants must have finished 16 years of age on July 31, 2023.
- Entrants must have been born between July 1, 2001, and July 1, 2006.
Academic Qualifications
For all B.Tech programs except Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, and Genetic Engineering:
- Contenders must have passed considered 10 + 2 or corresponding with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as essential subjects with the least percentage in total as specified in the table below.
- Contenders appearing for class 12 in 2023 are also entitled to apply and will be considered for admissions only if they pass 10+2.
- Contenders who have considered International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma or A-level with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as essential subjects from an international school are also fit to apply.
- Contenders who have explored class 12 from NIOS are eligible to apply. However if they have also done their level 10 from NIOS, they will not be eligible to apply for SRMJEEE 2023.
For B.Tech (Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, and Genetic Engineering
Applicants must have succeeded 10 + 2 or corresponding with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology / Botany & Zoology / Biotechnology as main subjects with the minimum percentage in total given below.
- Contenders featuring for class 12 in 2023 are also entitled to register and are suitable for admissions only if they pass 10+2.
- Contenders who have succeeded in International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma or A-level with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology / Botany & Zoology / Biotechnology as main subjects from an international school are also entitled to apply.
- Contenders who have studied class 12 from NIOS are entitled to apply. But, if they have also finished their level 10 from NIOS, they will not be qualified for SRMJEEE 2023.
