SRMJEEM 2023 Application Form

Those candidates are wishing to get admission to the MBA program from the colleges of SRM University; can fill the application form online or offline mode. The aspirants can fill out the application form for SRMJEEM by following the simple procedure mentioned below.

Online Mode

  • Primarily, candidates need to visit the official website of SRM University
  • Applicants have to go to the section and click on ‘Apply’ next to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.
  • Applicants have to register themselves by entering their full name, valid email ID, and phone number.
  • The applicants have to fill in all the correct and complete details in the application form.
  • After that, they have to upload scanned copies of the candidate’s colored photograph, signature, and photo ID proof, Graduation class 10th and 12th mark sheets in the prescribed format when instructed.
  • Review all the details filled in an application form and then do the final submission by clicking on the submit button.

Offline Mode

The applicants can also download the application form of SRMJEEM by visiting the official website and the applicants have to be sent through the mail to SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai.

A Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 1100/- had to be attached along with the form. The application form and DD should reach the admission office of SRM before the last day of registration specified.

Application Fee

Applicants have to pay the application fee of Rs. 1100/- through the various online payment modes available.

SRMJEEM Eligibility Criteria

Those applicants are going to fill out the application form for the SRMJEEM Examination, they must have to check their eligibility criteria and the details mentioned below.

  • There is no age limit to apply for this examination.
  • Applying candidates must be qualified with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed in regular or part-time mode from any government/ government-recognized private institution with at least 60 percent aggregate marks or 3 out of 5 CGPA or 6 out of 10 CGPA to apply in this examination.
  • The final-year candidates can also apply for this examination.

Minimum cut-off marks in common Entrance Test 

Common Entrance Test scores are used as a primary screening tool for shortlisting of candidates for subsequent rounds of the pre-admission process. Please note that these scores are used just for the screening process for pre-admissions and the institutes conducting the above tests have no role to play in our academic programs.

The percentile/marks/percentage listed below for each test is the minimum desirable attainment from applicants and is not a qualifying score. Scrutiny and subsequent selection will be based on the applicants’ profile and performance in the pre-admission rounds, in addition to these scores.

A minimum of 50% is the desirable sectional (such as English language, quantitative techniques, logical reasoning, etc based on the exam cleared by the applicant) cut-off for all the exams. This is used to ascertain the minimum level of aptitude that is expected from the candidate in respective faculties that form the basic foundation for the rigorous two-year program. The overall percentile/marks/percentage cutoff is given below.

SRMJEEM Exam Pattern

The exam pattern is very helpful for candidates; who want to prepare themselves to obtain qualified marks in the examination. The exam pattern details are mentioned below.

  • SRMJEEM 2023 entrance exam is a computer-based test.
  • The duration of the exam is 150 minutes.
  • The candidates have to answer 100 objective-type questions.
  • The questions are divided into 5 sections -Data Interpretation, Quantitative, Reasoning, English, GK/CA/BA.
  • Each section consists of 20 questions.
  • Each question carries 3 marks.
  • There is no negative marking.

SRMJEEM Syllabus

The SRMJEEM Syllabus includes 5 sections and there will be 20 questions asked from each section in the examination. The syllabuses are known as


  • Data Interpretation based on text, Data Interpretation based on graphs and tables.
  • Graphs can be Column graphs, Bar Graphs, Line charts, Pie charts, Graphs representing Area, Venn diagrams, etc.


  • Ratios and Proportions, Ratios, Percentages, In – equations, Algebra, and Profit & Loss
  • Averages, Percentages, Partnership & Time – Speed – Distance, Work and time
  • Probability, Permutations & Combinations

SECTION 3: REASONING: (20 Questions)

  • Critical reasoning, Visual reasoning, Assumption – Premise – Conclusion, Assertion, and reasons
  • Statements and assumptions, identifying valid inferences, identifying Strong arguments and Weak arguments
  • Statements and Conclusions, Cause and Effect, Identifying Probably true, Probably false, definitely true, definitely false kind of statement
  • Linear arrangements, Matrix arrangements.
  • Puzzles, Syllogisms, Functions, Family tree – identifying the relationship among a group of people
  • Symbol Based problems, Coding, decoding, Sequencing, and identifying the next number in a series.

SECTION 4: ENGLISH: (20 Questions)

  • Comprehension of passage
  • Verbal Reasoning, Syllogisms, Antonyms, Fill in the Blanks, Jumbled paragraphs with 4 or 5 sentences
  • Sentence Correction, Sentence completion, Sentence Correction, the odd man out, idioms, one-word substitution

SECTION 5: GK/CA/BA: (20 Questions)

  • Current Affairs, Business, Punch line of companies, Top officials of big companies, Major corporate events
  • Famous awards and prizes
  • Science, History, Geography, International organizations
  • Social issues, Sports, Finance, Automobiles, Entertainment, Politics, etc.

SRMJEEM 2023 Preparation Tips

SRMJEEM 200 Admit Card 

The SRMJEEM Admit Card will issue to the candidates in the 3rd week of August 2023 and those applicants who have successfully submitted their application form can download the admit card online mode by visiting the official website.

SRMJEEM 2023 Result 

In the month of May, the SRMJEEM Result will declare and those applicants who have given the SRMJEEM examination, can check their results online mode by visiting the official website.

After the declaration of the result, the SRMJEEM counseling will be conducted in the month of June and those applicants are shortlisted in the merit list as per their marks scored in an examination, and they will be called out for the counseling session.

Applicants have to download the counseling call letter from the official website and take a printout of it. They should have to carry all the required documents at the counseling center for verification.
