The Education Department will be conducting a Sikkim Teacher Eligibility Test by the provision of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE ACT 2009).
The minimum qualification laid down by NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) for a person to be eligible for appointment as Primary Teacher for Classes I to V and for Elementary (Graduate) Teacher for Classes VI to VIII.
Both Level I and Level II (i.e. for Primary and Graduate teachers) will be conducted on the same day. Hence, the Human Resource Development Department invites Application From the local candidates for Sikkim Teacher Eligibility Test 2025. Sikkim Eligibility Test will be Conducted Once the Year.

Elementary (GT-Teacher) – 10.00 AM to 12:30 PM

Sikkim TET 2025 Pre & Post Exam
Sikkim TET 2025 Application Form will be released on the 2nd week of August 2025 and the Last Date to Submit the Application Form is 4th week of August 2025. Sikkim TET 2025 Admit Card has been released on the 1st week of August 2025.
Sikkim TET 2025 Answer Key will be Released in May 2025. Sikkim TET 2025 Result will be Declaring After 2 weeks of the Examination.
