XATThe authority conducting the review will publish XAT Eligibility 2020. The XLRI is holding the Xavier Qualifying Examination (XAT) on behalf of XAMI (Association of Xavier Management Institutes).

This is a national level exam organized for applicants seeking admissions into management programs. The XAT Exam will take place in the second week of January 2020. Many public and private schools accept the XAT Dashboard to allow admission to candidates for management courses. Here we provide details on XAT Eligibility 2020.

Here are the general eligibility criteria for XAT 2020:

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University
  • Candidates in the final year of graduation completing their degree by June 10, 2019, are also eligible to apply
  • NRI and foreign candidates belonging to cities except Dubai and Nepal may apply through GMAT scores.
  • Age Limit – There is no age limit to appear for XAT 2020.

XAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria – Programme-wise

ProgramEligibility Criteria
Human Resource Management (HRM)Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree of at least three years duration or equivalent in any discipline from any recognized university/institute. Candidates who are appearing for their final graduation Exam by June 10, 2020, are also eligible to apply.
Business Management (BM)Eligibility criteria are the same as of HRM program.
General Management ProgrammeCandidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in India or abroad with a minimum of five years managerial/supervisory experience by March 31, 2020. Candidates can also apply through either XAT 2020 or GMAT score (given the Exam between December 1, 2016, and December 20, 2019).

Nationality:

  • Indian national candidates are eligible to apply for this Exam.
  • NRI and foreign candidates (except Dubai and Kathmandu) can also apply through GMAT score.

Basic Eligibility:

  • Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any stream from any recognized college or university.
  • Minimum Marks: Candidates who have secured above 50% marks in the graduation can apply for this Exam.
  • Appearing: Students completing the final Exam by 10th June 2020 are also eligible to apply.

Human Resource Management (HRM) & Business Management (BM):

  • Qualifying Exam: Students should hold a three-year duration bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline from any recognized college or university.
  • Appearing candidates can also apply.
  • Indian candidates should have cleared the XAT Exam.
  • Foreign candidates (except Dubai and Kathmandu) are required to clear the GMAT (Graduate Management Aptitude Test).

General Management Programme:

  • Students must have applied for XAT 2020 or GMAT 2020 (taken between 1st December 2017 to 20th December 2020).
