This national-level entrance test allows many candidates to seek admission to Amrita University to complete their engineering education. The B.Tech programs are offered at multiple campuses, including the one in Bengaluru.

The authorities have updated the trial AEEE 2025 seat allotment result date online. According to the AEEE notification, the trial seat allotment result for AEEE 2025 will be released in June.

Candidates who have appeared for the AEEE 2025 or JEE Mains exam can register for the AEEE seat allotment. The counselling process for AEEE is known as the Amrita BTech Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP). The counselling for CSAP 2025 has now concluded, with the process being conducted in three rounds.

Candidates with an AEEE rank or JEE Mains percentile/rank were required to register for CSAP 2025 to secure admission to the BTech programs offered at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham’s five campuses: Amaravati, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, and Nagercoil. The entire Amrita CSAP seat allotment process is conducted online, eliminating the need for candidates to visit the campus for counselling. Eligible candidates are notified about the counselling details via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

The steps involved in the AEEE 2025 counselling process are as follows:

• Step 2: Fill Out the Registration Form – Complete all required fields in the CSAP registration form, verify your mobile number and email ID with the OTP sent to you, and pay the registration fee of ₹5,000. After payment, proceed to the seat allotment process and block your preferences before the registration deadline.
• Step 3: Review Instructions – Carefully read all instructions provided on the seat allotment process page before proceeding with your academic preferences.
• Step 4: Confirm Academic Preferences – Review and confirm your academic preferences based on the instructions.

AEEE CSAP 2025 Registration Fee

To register for AEEE counselling, candidates are required to pay a registration fee of INR 5,000.

Candidates eligible for the counselling and seat allotment process can download their AEEE 2025 counselling call letter online. Follow these steps:

• Log in to Amrita CSAP Registration – Access the Amrita Centralized Seat Allotment Process (CSAP) portal using your valid credentials.
• Download the Call Letter – Locate and download the AEEE 2025 call letter in PDF format.
• Print the Call Letter – Take a printout of the call letter for future use.

Selection of Courses and Campuses in AEEE CSAP

• Minimum Preference Requirement: A candidate must enter at least one academic preference.
• Maximum Preferences Allowed: Candidates can submit a maximum of 42 academic preferences, where each preference is a combination of a campus and a BTech branch.
• No Repetitions Allowed: Academic preferences already submitted cannot be repeated.
• Changes to Preferences: Preferences can only be modified after the trial allotment is published and only until the date specified on the website.
• Finality of Preferences: Once a preference is allotted, it cannot be changed under any circumstances.
• Download and Save Preferences: After paying the CSAP registration fees, download and keep a PDF copy of the sheet containing your academic preferences.

AEEE 2025 Seat Allotment

Amrita University will announce the AEEE first allotment result in the 2nd week of June 2025. The authority will release the AEEE trial seat allotment result in the 1st week of June 2025. Factors such as the candidate’s rank and choices will be considered for seat allocations on a merit basis. To participate in the AEEE counselling and seat allotment process, candidates must pay the AEEE 2025 counselling fees of ₹5000 online modes only before the last date for CSAP Amrita. Candidates who are allotted seats must pay a seat acceptance fee of ₹100,000.

Counselling Document Checklist

• Counselling Call Letter: Required for entry to the counselling process.
• Class 12 / 10+2 Hall Ticket: Proof of passing the higher secondary examination.
• Mark Sheet of 10th & 12th Class: Required for verification of academic qualifications.
• AEEE 2025 Hall Ticket: Must be duly signed by the invigilator.
• Transfer Certificate (if applicable): Along with the Conduct Certificate from the institution attended.
• Community Certificate: For SC / ST / BC / MBC / OBC candidates.
• Demand Draft of ₹10,000: Drawn in favour of “Amrita School of Engineering” and payable at Coimbatore, as the counselling fee.
• Demand Draft of ₹50,000: Drawn in favor of “Amrita School of Engineering” and payable at Coimbatore, as advance tuition fee (partial) payment before seat allotment.
• Letter from Principal: If a Transfer Certificate (TC) is not available, submit a letter from the Principal with the name of the Higher Secondary School and the State where the candidate last studied.
• Community Certificate Translation: If the community certificate is not in English, submit an English version duly certified by a Notary Public.

AEEE Cutoff 2025

The authorities will consider the following factors while determining the cutoff for AEEE 2025:

• Exam Difficulty: If AEEE 2025 is more challenging compared to previous years, the cutoff may be lower.
• Past Trends: Historical cutoff trends from previous AEEE exams will be reviewed.
• Applicant Pool: An increase in the number of applicants can lead to higher competition, potentially raising the cutoff.
• Seat Availability: The total number of seats available at Amrita University will directly affect the cutoff score.
• Student Intake: The number of students Amrita University plans to admit for each program will influence the cutoff.

AEEE Counselling: Courses and Campuses Available

AEEE 2025 Counselling: Seat Acceptance

After the seat allotment, candidates must proceed with seat acceptance. This step allows candidates to either confirm their allotted seat or choose a higher preference if available. The options for seat acceptance include:

Option 1: Accepted

Candidates who agree to the seat offered in any CSAP round can choose to either switch to a more preferred branch or remain within the same allotted branch but move to a lower fee category. Those marked as “ACCEPTED” must pay ₹1,00,000 as partial tuition fees to utilize the sliding option. This payment must be completed by the specified deadline; otherwise, the admission offer will be cancelled, and the candidate will be ineligible for further CSAP rounds.

There are three sliding options:

• Slide to Higher Preferences: Candidates allocated their 4th Academic Preference can slide to any higher Academic Preference, regardless of the fee slab.
• Slide to Lower Fee Slab within Same Preference: If a candidate has the 4th Academic Preference with the 4th fee slab, they can request to remain in the same preference but with a lower fee slab.
• Slide to Higher Preferences with Matching or Lower Fee Slab: If assigned the 4th Academic Preference with the 2nd fee slab, candidates can explore higher Academic Preferences only if the potential preference offers a fee slab that is equal to or lower than their current allotment. If no higher preference with a lower fee slab is available, the system will try to assign a lower fee slab within the current preference.

Option 2: Confirmed

The “Confirmed” status signifies the final stage in CSAP for candidates. While their seat is secured, candidates must still meet the eligibility criteria. In the CSAP process, the status changes from “ACCEPTED” to “CONFIRMED.” Once a seat is confirmed, candidates will proceed to pay the remaining tuition fees and will not need to participate in any further CSAP rounds.

Option 3: Waiting List

In this scenario, candidates have not been allocated a seat from their submitted Academic Preferences. Candidates do not need to make any fee payments until they are offered admission in a future CSAP round. If candidates do not secure a seat in any of their preferred choices by the end of the final seat allotment round, their registration fee will be refunded. Additionally, these candidates are permitted to update their Academic Preferences initially submitted during the registration process.

First Round:

• Accepted and Confirmed Candidates: Must pay a partial tuition fee of ₹1,00,000 by the specified date. The remaining tuition fees must be paid by the stipulated deadline, or the offer will be forfeited. These candidates will not participate in further CSAP processes, including those who received their first Academic Preference in the first fee slab.
• Accepted Candidates Opting for Sliding: Must also pay ₹1,00,000 before the last date to be eligible for the next CSAP round.
• Waitlisted Candidates: Automatically considered for the next CSAP round.

Second Round:

• Accepted and Confirmed Candidates: Must submit ₹1,00,000 by the specified last date. The remaining tuition fees must be paid by the deadline; otherwise, the allotted offer will be cancelled. This applies to candidates who received their first Academic Preference in the first fee slab during this round.
• Accepted Candidates Opting for Sliding: Must pay ₹1,00,000 to participate in the next seat allotment round.
• Waitlisted Candidates: Automatically considered for the next round.

Third Round:

• No Additional Sliding: Sliding is not permitted in this round.
• Accepted and Confirmed Candidates: Must pay a partial tuition fee of ₹1,00,000 and settle the remaining fees by the specified date. This applies to candidates satisfied with their allotment in this round.

AEEE Counselling 2025: Refund Policy

For candidates seeking refunds after the AEEE 2025 counselling process, specific conditions and procedures must be followed. Refunds are issued only after submission of required documents and will be transferred to the bank account specified in the withdrawal request.
