AEEE 2022 Counseling – Started

The AEEE Counseling process is most important for candidates because in this session they will be selected for admission at Amrita University as per their marks and seat availability.

The counseling procedure will be started in the month of June and all participating candidates have to be ready for this session.

Those candidates will rank the higher marks, they will be called out for counseling through the counseling authority. In the call letter of counseling, the schedule of counseling will also be attached for candidates.

AEEE 2022 Counseling Call Letter

The Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeeth University will release the call letter in the month of May for candidates to attend the counseling and they can download it from the official website of Amrita University.

The following are the steps given for candidates to download the counseling call letter.

• Candidates have to visit the official website of AEEE.
• After that, they have to enter the AEEE registration number and date of birth.
• After entering these details, candidates have to click on the ‘Download’ button.
• Then, it will display the call letter of the candidates.
• Candidates have to download it and carry it safely for future reference.

The Procedure of AEEE 2022 Counseling

There is a procedure of counseling has given for that candidate, who are selected to attend this counseling procedure to get admission to Amrita University.

The following are the easy steps that should have to follow by candidates.

• All the selected candidates are required to carry six copies of the photograph and the size would be 3.5X4.5 cm at the time of counseling.
• For counseling, candidates need to bring their admit card for preservation in which their admit card will be duly signed by the invigilator and it will be till the counseling gets over.
• Before becoming part of counseling, the candidates have to ascertain their eligibility for admission with respect to age and +2 marks.
• Those candidates will be found ineligible for counseling; they would be canceled from the counseling procedure.
• The candidates should be passed by the 12^th examination with good marks from the recognized university, so they will be able to get seats on the campuses of Amrita University.
• The maximum intake will be from any state to provide admission to candidates for ensuring.
• Candidates should have got the maximum marks from the 10 and 12^th standard because on the basis of seat availability and scholarship.
• Candidates should be present at the time of counseling and their parent/guardian should also accompany candidates.

Required Documents for AEEE Counseling

The candidates have to bring that all the required documents, which have mentioned below and it is necessary for all candidates.

• 10th class certificate as proof of date of birth
• To prove eligibility regarding marks, candidates are required to produce a marks statement of class XII.
• Hall tickets of class XII Examination & AEEE 2022.
• Transfer certificate from the school last attended as proof of the ‘State’ where he/she studied ’Plus Two’
• Community certificate (in case of SC/ST)
• Other testimonials as specified in the call letter.
