Jharkhand NEET-UG 2024 4th Round Seat Allotment List has been Released on 30th October 2024. 3rd Round Counselling Registration & Choice Filling has been Started on 9th October 2024. 1st Round Seat Allotment has been Released on 29th August 2024. 1st Round Merit List has been Released on 21st August 2024. Jharkhand NEET Counselling 2024 will be organized by the JCECE Board (Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination) based on the NEET Score obtained by the candidates. The admissions to MBBS/BDS courses for 15% All India Quota Seats will be made by MCC through NEET Counselling.

The NEET 2024 Counselling of Jharkhand State for the remaining 85% of seats will be done by JCECE Board on 1st August 2024. From 2019 onwards, admission to medical colleges will be made only based on NEET Scores. After the result declaration of the NEET written exam result, the medical authority of the state will release the merit list based on which candidates will be able to take part in the Counselling.

The JCECE Board will publish the candidates’ names of those selected for counselling as per the cutoff marks. The counselling will be organized in various rounds per the availability of seats. The candidates are required to fill out the application form for counselling. • Candidates have to go to the official website of the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board.
• Candidates are advised to read all the instructions carefully before filling out the application form for counselling.
• The candidate has to register them.
• Fill in the details, and it should be correct.
• Then proceed to fill in the college choices and courses.
• Lock the seat and wait for the seat allotment result.
• When the seat is, allotted candidate has to report to the respective college with all the required documents.
• If no seat is allotted in the first round, wait for the second round of counselling.
• And so on, the procedure will remain the same for all the rounds.

Selection & Admission Procedure for Jharkhand NEET Counseling 2024

• The Counseling will be organized through online Multi-Table Parallel Counselling.
• Vacant seat availability will be published on the website.
• The candidate will get the seat allotment after the document verification and choice filling.
• The candidate has to present in person at the counselling venue. Otherwise, the candidate’s candidature will be cancelled.
• After the completion of first-round counselling, second-round counselling will be started, for which the authority will publish the new merit list.
• After the seat allotment, candidates must report to the allotted college for final admission.
• If the candidate fails to report at the allotted college before the last date, or if any mistake is found in the documents, their admission will be cancelled.

Reservation Criteria for Jharkhand NEET Counseling 2024

The state authority of Medical and dental colleges makes the reservation of seats.

The candidates have to show proof of reserved category in the format given by the official authority.

The reservation will be given to the SC, ST, OBC, and PH category candidates.

• OBC-I: 8%
• OBC-II: 6%
