PULEET Eligibility Criteria 2024 – Check Here Eligibility

The candidates who want admission to Punjab University must fill out the application form through the official website Pullet. Pushed.ac.in as per the scheduled date.

The candidates must fill out the application form within the dates and submit it before the last submission date. The registered candidates will get the admit card for PULEET 2024. The candidate’s admission will be based on the Entrance Test and Interview on the given date.

The Punjab University Conducts the Lateral Entry Entrance Test; Punjab University conducts exam annually at its Chandigarh campus, the only exam centre for conducting PULEET 2024. The Interested candidate needs to fulfil the eligibility criteria; only they will be eligible to apply for PULEET 2024.

PULEET 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

In the Punjab University Lateral Entry Entrance Test, candidates can get lateral entry from a Diploma to 2^nd year of B. E degree level program.

• Qualification: Candidates should have cleared the Diploma in Engineering of a minimum 3-year duration after the 12^th examination with the subjects, i.e. Physics and Mathematics, from the Polytechnic College/Institute affiliated with the state board of Technical Education/ University or recognized by the UGC/AICTE.
• Percentage: The candidate must have scored 60% marks, and 55% marks are required for SC/ ST/ BC/ PWD)
• Candidates must have passed the Diploma in Engineering at least two years after 12^th from a polytechnic college/institute affiliated with the state board of technical education/university or recognized by AICTE.
• Candidates must have cleared their qualifying examination, i.e. Diploma in engineering, not before 2018.
• The admission will be based on the score in the entrance test to be conducted by the Punjab University, Chandigarh.
• Candidates who have to reappear or compartment in degree engineering will not be eligible for admission in the course even though they have cleared the compartment by the time of counselling.
• Candidates seeking admission to any of the reserved seats must submit a certificate regarding the category in the prescribed form duly issued by the concerned authority of the state.
• The candidate’s admission against reserved seats will be provisional, subject to verification of their certificate from the issuing authority.
• If at any point after inquiry, it is proved that the candidature shall be deemed to have been cancelled.
• The institute follows the reservation policy of the Chandigarh Administration issued from time to time.
• Age Limit: All candidates’ age limit is above 17 years, and there is no upper age limit for application.

The eligible candidates can fill out the application form, appear on the entrance exam, and get admission to Punjab University. As the eligibility criteria are essential for applying for any of the exams, a candidate must read the instructions carefully and check the eligibility criteria before registering for exams.
